this is wcvb newscenter 5 at 5:30. phil: breaking news from somerville. a driver hit a pedestrian. sky 5 is over the scene. in arlington teenager under arrest. another teenage passenger also in custody. erika: the mother of bella bond and her boyfriend now indicted in connection with the child' s death. the grand jury indictments charge rachelle bond as an accessory to murder. michael mccarthy faces first-degree murder charges. bella' s body was found on deer island last june, it took months to identify her. phil: also breaking news in the race for president, the bernie sanders campaign suing the democratic national committee to regain access to voter data. the dnc cut off access after a sender stafford took advantage of a computer glitch and looked clinton campaign. that staffer, by the way, has been fired.

facing new trouble. this time from a local mom. newscenter 5' s sera congi with the new fight against chipotle. reporter: city officials closed it down the popular cleveland city chipotle after people got sick fromnoravirus. 140 contracted norav irus. most of them college students. an employee was the source of the virus. a mother is doing chipotle on behalf of her son who became so sick he went to the hospital. he is still experiencing lingering symptoms. the number of possible cases in such a short time is something i have never seen before, said one expert. chipotle has been dealing with

reporter: he was cleared of some charges, but convicted on misdemeanor sexual assault. this is owen labrie, and free prison sentence. he is a registered sex offender. since his conviction, the 20-year-old insisting he has done nothing wrong, telling "newsweek" in an exclusive interview, it was the only thing that sustains me, knowing i had told the truth. i walked out of the courthouse with my chin up. >> he is adamant about his innocence, but he is also resigned to the consequences. reporter: owen labrie expressing no regret for not agreeing to plea deals.
