new this morning... a park pool. pool.milwaukee police were called to the "washington park pool" near 40-th and lisbon around 11 last night.police say a 19-year-old man and several friends climbed over a locked fence to get in. the pool was closed at the time. we're told the young man jumped in the pool... but had trouble swimming and sank to the bottom.when officers got there... one of them jumped in the pool to save him. first responders then started c-p- r... but were unsucessful.the man died on the scene.stick

learn more about this developing story.coming up-- we hear from a person who lives in the area and says too often people are breaking into the pool after hours. ?developing news? this morning--- the red cross is helping ?several? families... after a fire in ?sheboygan falls?... caused ?heavy damage? to an apartment complex. the flames broke out yesterday near main street and happy lane.you can see the ?extensive damage? to the roof. the fire was reported on the ?second? floor of the complex. ?eight? of the apartments have so much damage... the families can't stay there.nor a firefighter is ?hurt?... after a fire in franklin. franklin.the fire started yesterday at "s and c electric factory."investigators with the franklin fire department say... a large number of lithium ion ?batteries? caught fire.one workers tells us... ?alarms went off? and everyone got out safely. "i was on the other side of the building doing completely innocuous testing, but it seemed like everyone was at the muster point there were nobody left inside there were no injures" injures" franklin fire officials...

3 new details in the fallout surrounding what was supposed to be the hall of fame game last weekend. a group of fans now planning to ?sue? the n-f-l . the game was canceled because of poor field conditions.paint-- used on the logo at mid-field and in the end-zones-- left portions of the field dangerously hard. the n-f-l has agreed to refund tickets to the game - but fans say they're still out hundreds of dollars for travel, food, and hotels. it's money they want the nfl - to pay back attorney michael representing more than a hundred fans from across the country... including packers fans who say the league isn't doing enough "what they've offered to do is refund the face value of the tickets to the original purchaser of the ticket. many of these fans actually paid above face value and bought tickets on the secondary market, so those fans would be left out in the cold." cold." avenatti says the n-f-l should also refund travel expenses -

an olympic gold medal as a member of the 800 meter freestyle relay. relay.the soon to be u-w sophomore swam in the ?preliminaries for the u-s and helped secure the top seed for the final at the 20-16 rio olympics.team usa finished the job and claimed the gold by winning the event last night. runge swam the anchor leg of the relay in prelims... which helped put u-s-a in position to win the gold... meaning she would earn an olympicmedal as a member of the team.runge becomes the second swimmer in claim an olympic gold medal. 3 some olympic ?champions?... are coming to milwaukee this fall.members of this year's "final five" at the olympics are part of kellogg's 'tour of gymnastic champions'.this week the "final five" won the gold medal in the gymnastics?team? competition.at each tour stop--- local gyasts are expected to join the cast.the tour makes a stop at the
