we begin with a developing story this morning...milwaukee police are searching for suspects.. after one man was killed and two oth men were hurt in a triple shooting... ?during a funeral procession.? procession.?it happened yesterday on 22nd and keefe on milwaukee's north side.police say a 23-year-old man w pred dead at the scene. thtwo others- a okay.a aplain with the salvation army was consong people on the scene. moore: they are already dealing with grief and this is just grief on top of grief. and i would hope and pray that people would understand the devastating affect that grief is having on people. i mean, it impacts them psychologically, emotionally, and even spiritually. 3 3 the chaplin says this latest shooting is an example of why things need to change in milwaukee.

gas thieves strike again!this time in milwaukee.the owner people who took more than 13- hundred gallons of gas from ?this? gas station in caledonia earlier this month. 3 check out this surveillance video from sunday night.you can see the thieves taking hundreds of gallons of gas.in total...15-hundred gallons were taken from this gas station this month.according to the owners, the theives came here fr separate times, taking hundreds of gallons each time.for their safety, the owners do not want their faces....but they believe it is the same person that is suspected of stealing from the gas station in caledonia. police have not found who was behind the gas theft there. milwaukee police are asking for help this morning in identifying two men who held up a wendy's earlier this month. month. it happened on 46th and north on august 16th.police say one of the suspects pulled a gun on an employee an demanded money. surveillance video shows suspects walking around the counter into the back room. they took off before getting any cash. if you know anything.. you're asked to call the number on your screen-- 414-9360 it's official.. milwaukee has it's own mexican consulate. this morning an inauguration ceremony will make it even mo of a permenant fixture in the community. governor scott walker will join the mexican foreign minister for the ceremony. walker lobbied congress for a consulate three years ago. wisconsin beat out three states to get it. it finally opened in june. they help thousands of mexican nationals in the area with visas, i-d cards and other legal lp. 3

native ?gene wilder? has died at the age of 83.. after a 3 year battle with alzheimers. many knew him as "willy wonka." but his birth name was jerry silberman. he was a student at washington high school on milwaukee's north sid. side.yearbooks show he was a member of the debate team and spanish club. he worked as a cafateria monitor... and perhaps least surprisng - was a member of the theater club. letters in archives of the milwaukee jewish museum show wilder stayed close to his family...though didn't visit often. milwaukee jewish museum 00;04;26 he came back in 1973 for his father's funeral. and it was not until 1991, he came back to milwaukee. due to the fact that, he was quoted as saying, it was just too painful for him to come back to milwaukee. milwaukee. wilder kept his 3-year battle with alzhimers quiet. in a statement-- his family wrote-- it wasn't for vanity reasons.. but because he didn't want kids to know him as anything
