10 people were arrested at the make-shift memorl and are waking up here this morning. according to milwaukee police, large gatherings have been taking place near 44th and auer.... and local residents have asked police and local elected officials to help continue restoring order.last night, milwaukee police arrived around 8 o'clock and say between 30 and 40 people were gathered.police say they saw someth breaking the law, so they asked the crowd to peacefully disperse.20 minutes passed before they asked again.some in the crowd had left, others refused, that's when those arrsets were made.community actvists say they believe siation better. handled the . i talked to the sergeant and he said we agree to disagree1) there is way to many police officers here. i believe the ople that was gathered here was ayinjust

arrests last nit after the crowd refused to disperse. disperse.cbs 58's kyle aevermann jos us live from the milwaukee county jail with more. milwaukee police say between 30 and 40 people were gathered at a makeshift memorial for sylville smith. he's the man who was shot and killed by a milwaukee police officer in the sherman park neighorhood 2 and a half weeks ago. police say they asked the crowd to disperse when officers quote: observed minutes had passed before office asked ain.we're told most in the crowd, however some refused.even becoming disorderly and resistive.10 people were arrested disorderly conduct and resisting an officer. milwaukee police chief ed flynn says the department is continuing to bring order to sherman park.... something nearby residents have been asking for. sherman park's been restored to its residents. right now we're continuing to work

racine.city leaders are hoping to house a minor ague te? r the bucks in it.they held a meetiast nit to iscussthe possibility. possibility.the proposed arena-hotel project... would it could also host ams-- le. conventions... rodeos... and smaller scale musical acts. the city already owns the land--- so the cost of the project would be about 40 (m) million dollars.while supervisors say... they'd like to look deeper into the project... they also note it's hard to argue with an ?opportunity for growth.?
