new this morning... a crash on milwaukee's south side near the bayview area. it happened around 11:30 last night. it appears the truck went down an embankment from i-794 and took out some trees. the truck landed on its side near oklahoma avenue and ellen street.our crew on the scene

ambulance.that person was awake and seemed alert.a man who drove up to the scene describes how he helped try to get the two people out of the crashed truck. 1:35:16-25 a gentleman and myself were able to kick in the windshield and get the passenger out. one of the two people. and he just kept asking please help my brother get my brother out.we were unable to get the driver out. he was wedged in the vehicle. vehicle. the witness also tells us it took the firefighters more than half an hour to get the driver out of the car.he says the passenger seemed unharmed. 3 a grieving family wan a ?deadly motorcyle crash? in milwaukee last month.it took the lives of ?two men.? men.? nats: we want justice we want ! answers! mourners held a vigil last night... at sixth and mckinley--- the scene of the crash on august sixth.they then ?marched to the district attorney's office? to demand justice. police say... a pick- up truck driven by a 21-year-old man ?turned in front of the riders?--- killing 25-year-old "deangelo maxwell" and 36-year-old "james morris." morris's

found in the pickup truck... and she wants justice. 3 nicole russ/james morris's sister: "we called and they dropped charges.. they don't have answers for us today. he took my brother. my brother laid in the street and died because he wanted to party. we need justice today for it. that was not right. they let them out in two days. he should still be in jail. he ain't even in jail pending investiation that's wrong. that's wrong." 3 the driver of the pickup was ?initially arrested?--- but later released. it's not known yet... whether any ces 3 the mother of an m-p-s student says ?family? will drop off and pick up her son from school today.... instead of the bus... after he got on the ?wrong bus? yesterday. yesterday. cbs 58 was at m-p-s headquarters as the mother was reunited with her son after almost three hours. she said her son was put on a bus that went to an address he hadn't lived at for quite sometime. his mother called the district to change his information... but thinks there was miscommunication about the correct address. still- panic set in when her son didn't

shaena davis, mother "i almost crashed, i felt like i was gonna pass out, i was just thinking like lord, bring me my baby back." back." a police source says there were ?20 different? calls yesterday... reporting children missing involving a bus. m-p-s couldn't comment on that... but school officials say drivers ?did? follow protocol. when a child isn't able to be dropped off- for whatever the reason- that child is always brought back to m-p-s headquarters until they can reach their family. 3 loaded gun magazine found in an elementary school field.a teacher at mclane elementary school in west bend.. found the pistol magazine yesterday afternoon.police searched the school and found no weapon in or on school grounds.they say there was never a threat to student safety.the school sent a letter home to notify parents. 3 looking ahead---army staff sargeant "matthew thompson"... will be ?laid to rest? next week.the green beret was killed last week by an ?i-e-d? in afgahnistan.

in campaign 2016-libertarian presidential candidate gary johnson is hoping his milwaukee visit gives him a boost in wisconsin and across the country.nationally... 70 percent of people do not know much about him. and here in wisconisn... that number is ?72? percent. percent.last night... johnson made an appearance at serb hall in milwaukee.he called donald trump and hillary clinton the two most polarizing political figures possibly ever.his policy supports cutting cutting the size of the government and abolishing some federal departments.he also wants to scale back this country's international military influence legalize marijuana.. and he's against building a border wall and deporting undocumented immigrants.johnson was a two term republican governor in new mexico.we asked the presidential candidate why he left the republican party. 3 this labor day weekend... multiple law enforement agencies from milwaukee and waukesha counties will be out in full force to combat impaired drivers. drivers.the wauwatosa police department will be hosting a street corne five tonight.. at the southwest corner of mayfair road at bluemound.after the roll call...those agencies will then deploy o-w-i task force officers and other resources onto the roads in their communities to look for drivers under the influence. 3 the 'oil price information service' expects 400 million gallons of gas will be bought every day over the long weekend.labor day gas prices are expected to be the lowest since 2004. 27:28-36 the whole summer was
