.... ?knocks him over? someone shouts hey" hey" c-n-n's ed was reporting on the protests when he was knocked to the ground by an apparent protester. protester.quickly got up... seemingly unhurt.although he does ask anderson to give him a minute to find a new location. a 9-year-old milwaukee boy is in the hospital... after an accidental shooting inside his own home.according to the family - the shooter - is the boy's younger brother. brother.it happened just before four yesterday on 20-th and hadley.according to family... the 6-year-old found a gun inside the home - and accidentally shot his brother in the back.police led a woman out of the home in handcuffs.

family members say... the boy lives with his mother - and stepfather.they say... the boy is alive--- but in serious condition. 3 it's sad when a kid goes in his momma's property or fathers property and get a gun and play with it. you know guns is not even safe especially if they know how to take the safety off, a 6- year-old shouldn't even know how to remove the safety on a gun. so apparently the gun wasn't on safety." safety." 3 police continue to investigate how the brother was able to ?get his hands? on that gun. 3 a young boy was taken to yesterday.. after getting wedeged between a bunk bed and a wall.it happened at a home near 101-st and jonen in milwaukee.a cousin tells us.... the boy was trying to get off the bunk bed when he fell.the boy stopped breathing---- but medics were able to revive him.police say... the child has "serious" injuries. 3 milwaukee police are asking for help.. identifying two armed robbery suspects. surveilliance video from the domino's pizza on oakland avenue near u-w milwaukee's campus shows the pair. the robbery happened just after

making news around the nation.. the f-b-i wants to talk to two men seen on surveillance video... removing a pressure cooker from luggage in new york's chelsea neighborhood. neighborhood.a short time later -- a bomb went off just a few blocks away. also -- investigators found the bloody journal ahmad rahami was carrying when he was captured. it was revealed during a hearing on capitol hill. authorities say it's full of terror-related ramblings.. and also refers to terrorist leaders from a variety of groups-- including isis. different surveillance video rahami driving into manhanttan two hours before his alleged attack. 3 the family of the man shot and killed by a tulsa police officer... is calling for a "national day of justice and prayer." a police helicopter and a dashcam on a cruiser... captured the shooting of "terrence crutcher" last friday.tulsa police responded to reports of a ?stalled vehicle.? police said... a vial of "p-c-p" was found inside the vehicle. officer "betty shelby" fired at crutcher--- killing him.her attorney says... crutcher

and i feel very strongly about that right now. that is not the american way. we want peace, conversation, and we also want to support our police. police. community and faith leaders in charlotte are asking for peace. scott's wife- also released a statement asking for protesters to remain calm.the emergency medical service in charlotte says it has taken eight patients - seven law-enforcement officers and one civilian - to area hospitals during protests. charlotte, north carolina isn't the only city investigating an officer-involved shooting right now.tulsa, oklahoma is too.president obama has reached out to ?both? cities... to express his condol. condolences.he also reassured them... of the administration's commitment to ?help and provide assistance.? in tulsa--- people have been protesting last week's fatal shooting of "terence crutcher"--- an un-armed african-american.the president and the mayors agreed... that police in each city... should ?find ways to calmly and productively? engage the

the situation in both areas. back here at home and new this morning...one man is seriously hurt after an overnight shooting in milwaukee. milwaukee.it happened around 12:30 this morning near groeling and teutonia.police say they were responding to a call about a shooting.that's when they found a 20-year-old man in the street with a serious gunshot wound.there is no word yet on any suspects. the shooting is under investigation. 3 now to ?developing news?--- an infant found ?dead? in west all. allis.the milwaukee county medical examiner... was called out orchard? around six last night. police haven't said... what might have caused the baby's death--- but they do say... there's ?no danger to the public.?a neighbor tells us... she could hear ?screaming.? we now know the identity of the person whose body was found in a burning pickup truck last week. week.64-year old paul hoffman worked at the "best bargains" store in wheatland... in kenosha county. firefighters were called to the parking lot of that store last friday. still no word on how the fire started or how the man inside died. 3 looking ahead--- the man who

reporting live... 3 now to a ?cbs 58 exclusive.?a new mural on milwaukee's east side is causing controversy. you can see it here--- it depicts an african-american man in a ?prison jumpsuit.? jumpsuit.?the artwork is part of a larger project called the "black cat" alley--- that's an outdoor ?arts destination.? actually told you about here on the morning show a few weeks ago.the artist wanted to raise awareness about the ?huge disparity? of mass incarceration of black men in our community...but others see it as a symbol of continued oppression.38-year-old andre hudson says he's been incarcerated on and off for 16 years...and sees himself in this mural.a mural hes only gotten to look at from a photo... inside prison walls. "28.18 it doesn't mean its over when i see orange. i see hope. a chance to start over."

3 we are in the heart of "wedding season." what should be the happiest day of a couple's life... was almost a ?disater? for several people.. after their dj notified them via email... he was going out of business. jay and elaina spencer got the email from "dj's couture" on tuesday... ?three dabe they wouldn't be refunded until months later. 09:50:44 "i got the email and i immediately started freaking out. anxiety attack, didn't know what to do." do." we tried to find dj's couture...the address listed on the website took us to a mailbox at a packing and shipping store in waukesha. there's also a listing for dj's couture in dallas...turns out it's another mailbox in a strip mall.we tried calling... and were sent to voicemail.we
