arrestes reported yet. 3 we're learning more about an inmate who died at the milwaukee county jail last week.the inmate's ?cause? of death has not been confirmed by officials. however.. family of 29-year-old michael madden of franklin.. says the autopsy shows the official cause of death to be ?congestive heart failure.? they say madden had a heart condition from birth... which was under-control.however they think he might have been going through withdrawal.the family says they heard madden was having breathing problems...then had a seizure. madden's back ... thinking he may be faking. then they say the guard lifted madden... who was unconscious.madden's funeral is today. 3 court records show... the man suspected in the deadly shooting of a ?rusk county sheriff's deputy?... has an ?extensive criminal record.? 42-year-old "douglas (knee- tek)" is accused of killing deputy "dan glaze" saturday night.the deputy was investigating a report of a ?suspicous vehicle? several miles from the suspect's home- -- just outside "ladysmith" in

a milwaukee police officer.. is fired.. nearly a week after being charged with sexually assaulting two men. men.dominique heaggan-brown is the same officer who shot and killed armed suspect- sylville smith- in sherman park in august.there has been no decision yet in that case.the dismissal stems from the internal police investigation that led to the assault charges.the investigation found heaggan-brown to be in violation of the milwaukee police code of conduct. law enforcement officers arrested ?nine? sex offenders in milwaukee county over the weekend... for ?probation and parv sheriff's deputies and corrections officials... made the arrests during an annual check for halloween.the goal is to make sure ?released offenders?... are compling with guidelines that keep them ?away from kids.?they checked on more than 200 sex offenders in the area.the nine arrested were picked up on ?various violations?--- from having child porn.... to drugs... to decorations that would draw kids to their doorstep. a racine supermarket could lose it's license.. or be shut down.but the store's owner

"no." 3 49 people were killed in the shooting. 3 one person is dead and 5 others are hurt.. after a gas pipeline explosion in alabama. it happened yesterday. alabama governor robert bentley says the explosion happened on the same colonial pipeline that leaked more than 300-thousand gallons of gas in the area in september. the blast is about a mile away from where the leak took place. colonial pipeline released a statement saying it has shut down its gas lines. no word on what sparked the explosion. 3
