"its absolutely at tradition.// coffee, lots of coffee!" coffee!" black friday shoppers have been going strong all day already. some of the them waiting in line for hours overnight and are now reaping the rewards. we'll check in on shoppers in just a moment. good afternoon, i'm mike curkov in for mike strehlow. we'll get to black friday in a moment...but first -- our top story today at noon...former presidential candidate for the green party, jill stein... is planning to file for a presidential ?recount? vote in wisconsin and two other states. states.the deadline to file is five p-m this afternoon. the green party is planning to hold a news conference at milwaukee city hall in a few minutes. talk of a recount started when computer scientists at the university of michigan urged hillary clinton to challenge results in wisconsin, pennsylvania and

is funding the recounts through an online fundraiser-- which has already raised more than four million dollars. 3 this is a live look from milwaukee city hall. representatives from the green pary are expected to speak in a matter of minutes. we will bring you some of those comments later in the show. the family of a man shot and killed by a wauwatosa police officer is asking people to boycott businesses on this black friday. friday.the family of jay anderson wants people to avoid shopping in wauwatosa today. the boycott is par "justice-or-else" boycotting holiday shopping at certain stores. anderson was shot and killed five months ago and family is still awaiting the release of video of the incident. they say their goal is to put pressure on the city by eliminating revenue. the spending boycott is also being supported by the families of sylville smith and dontre hamilton. 3 new today at noon, at least six different fire departments were called to a house fire in menomonee falls this morning.

the mother of "the brady bunch," florence henderson, died last night at a los angeles hospital. the beloved actress entertained fans for more than six decades. cbs' dana jacobson has a look back at her career. florence henderson was best known as america's mom.
