while she was walking home. once just driving by. a second time near swift and holmes... he stopped his car and made a sexual comment to her.and a third time near edgerton avenue. that time he got out of the car and asked for sex. she says that's where she la saw the suspect. 3 she describes him as a white man... average to slightly heavy build... in his late 20's to early 30's.she says he has a long - chest length - brown beard. he was wearing a baseball hat and driving a blue or gray colored car.. possibly a newer model.. four-door. information you're asked to call cudahy police at the number on your screen. it's 414-769-2260. 3 also ?new this morning?--- one day after learning the police officer who shot "jay anderson"... will ?not? be charged--- anderson's family went back to madison park--- the scene of the deadly shooting. this shows a ?re-inactment? community leaders did last night--- challenging what the wauwatosa officer says happened back in june.they claim the officer ?should have been able to see the gun on the passenger seat? when he first went up to the car... before shooting anderson

county district attorney cleared the officer on monday--- saying he followed state law and was justified in using deadly force. now to a cbs 58 exclusive...a racine family is heartbroken this morning over the death of the family pet -- at the hands of police.the family says their dog "sugars shot and killed for no reason. reason.cbs 58's julie parise is live at the racine police department. she has the story. julie? the dog was shot by an officer from the racine police department when theyere executin sara harmon says police told her they shot the dog, named sugar, due to "protocol." harmon says- it was around 5am last wednesday that police burst into her home investigating a november 15th report of shots fired.her son was being investigated for attempted murder. harmon's husband, who was home at the time, said police shot the dog while search the home. he believes sugar the dog was hiding from the police. harmon's son was released with no charges later that day.the

prevent future tragedy... yesterday... a milwaukee common council committee unanimously passed an ordinance requiring rental units to have window screens. it came about after two-year-old michael mccly got stuck trying to climb out of a window last summer and died. that measure will now go before the full common council. looking ahead now.. a former high school teacher--- charged with sexual assault---- will learn her fate in court today. today.sara domres was fired from her teachg job at ?new berlin west? high school. she's accused of having a relationshp with pleaded ?not guilty.?she's expected to appear in waukesha county court for her sentencing later today. 3 marquette university is issuing a warning to students after a robbery at the jimmy john's near campus.milwaukee police released this surveillance video of a man robbing the restaurant on west implied he had a gun in his pocket and got money from the cashier.police say a few minutes earlier he tried to rob "real chili" downtown.if you recognize this man you're

you could be the one to help the f-b-i...with this unsolved robbery.i found out more about the robber who took aim at a customer who tried to stop him... at a west allis cell phone store. 3 in the surveillance video for this crime, you can see the suspect run out of the cricket wireless store, money flying out of his pockets. it would almost be comical, if he hadn't just shot someone.it was the night of november 16th at the cricket wireless at 108th and cleveland in west allis. the suspect walks into the store wearing a dark wisconsin badgers hoodie demands money from the staff and the sole customer. customer."when the individual demanded that the parties get onto the floor, the customer felt that the individual was distracted enough and the customer inside the store physically engaged the offender."that tackle didn't work. the would be hero fell back to the floor. floor."at which point the actor, then, with a short barreled rifle, stood over the individual and shot him one time."there were no

look at those rememberances. kyle? more than 50 service men and woman from wisconsin died in the tacks on pearl harbor... and the war memorial is just one place where they are remembered. there are no planned events here at the memorial scheduled day, but there have been servces in hawaii since the weekend.earlier this week a wreath laying took place to honor those who died in the attack.it was 7:55 on the morning of december 7th.the u-s-s arizona took four direct hits from japanese planesit was the most heavily damaged of all the vessels in battleship row that day. and one of the deadliest attacks in u-s history . among those in hawaii is a veteran who survived the attacks from wisconsin. you'll hear his story coming up in our next half hour.live in milwaukee. kyle aevermann. cbs 58 news.

seem to come to an agreement? on how to raise money to fix wisconsin's roads... and fill a one (b) billion dollar transportation budget shortfall. shortfall.republicans say... there are ?two options? to pay for roads--- borrow and use taxpayer money... or raise taxes and fees.governor scott walker doesn't want to raise taxes ...and is in favor of borrowing money.some republicans say... a gas tax is the more conservative option... because walker's plan will cost taxpayers more in the long run. 46-58"i think there will be significant delays under governor walker's plan at least two projects and more on others. throughout the state not just the zoo interchange it's not just these big projects in milw" milwaukee." 3 a few publican senators are standing by walker in ?oppopsing? a gas tax increase. they note... wisconsin already has one of the highest gas taxes in the country. out-of-state and graduate school tuiti is expected to rise at u-w system schools. schools.the board of regents is expected to vote later this week to help offset governor scott walker's ?resident? undergraduate tuition freeze.

say the driver fled the scene. we did reach out to west allis police... they say there is no information available at this time. we'll keep you posted as we learn any new information. 3 new this morning ...a fire broke out at a church on milwaukee's north side overnight. it happened at all saints fellowship christian church at north 12th street and west reservoir avenue around 12:45 this morning. firefighters were able to contain the fire within about half an hour. the fire was confined to ceiling and roof, but a dollar amount determined. the cause of the fire is under investigation. no injuries were reported and no one was in the building at the time of the fire. also new this morning---a crash involving ?three cars? overnight on i-94 in waukesha. waukesha.it happened at dousman road.state patrol says... a honda accord hit a "car hauler"... and ended up in the middle of the roadway... after swerving to avoid a construction barrel that came into the lane. officials say... the driver of the honda got out of the car and went into a ditch.that driver has minor injuries. officials say the car-hauler left the scene.

now to a developing story out of fox lake... a woman is dead - and three people close to her have been charged. one of them - is her boyfriend and also her cousin. cbs 58's amanda porterfield reports from the dodge county courthouse. the woman's boyfriend, his mother and her boyfriend were in court here this morning. none of them have been charged with the actual homicide. but dodge county officials say they were all involved and could face more serious charges soon. at this house at the corner of we go trail and oh kay drive deputies say dead body was hidden in her boyfriends truck for hours.. ((reveal mugs one at a time with two showing here)) while her boyfriend and his mother - aunt were inside..with the mother's boyfriend vernon mickey.according the criminal complaintthe four of them left a funeral together on saturday. but at some point thatnight - mickey says he saw blood in the boyfriend, laverne ware's truck and noticed sesalie dixon was gone. ware said she'd left him
