garage.the man's friend told us he was pinned in the wreckage and, after being rescued, was taken by flight for life to the hospital with severe leg injuries.the woman who was driving the car was able to get out on her own. investigators are trying to figure out what happened. you'll hear from that friend coming up in our next half hour. looking ahead now..the man his accomplice was shot and killed by a milwaukee police officer...will learn his fate in court this morning. morning.gregory rounds has pleaded guilty to charges of felony murder and bail jumping. police say he and burt johnson robbed an o'reily auto parts store at 76-th and mill road back in may.johnson was shot and killed by police after firing at officers. congresswoman gwen moore is now requesting the department of justice investigate deaths at the milwaukee county jail. in her letter to the d-o-j...

quote "failing its constitutional obligations to our inmates." cbs 58 talked with congresswoman moore... and she criticized sheriff david clarke for his response. "none of us should be stunned at this point that there are four deaths in six months given his flamboyant, arrogant and non-empathetic response to that. some of the families have said he has not even reached out to them, to say i'm sorry for your 3 sheriff clarke sent us this statement about moore's comments....he says quote-- "gwen moore.. criminals' best friend.. should focus on reducing the 21 trillion dollar debt the country is facing... replacing obamacare... reducing taxes... closing the border and helping president trump jumpstart the economy to provide jobs." a burlington mother alerts a school district after seeing messages from her daughter about a "hit list". list".the 15-year-old and her 14-year old boyfriend were arrested for conspiring to

police she thinks about people being slaughtered, eaten, and stabbed'.five classmates and the girl's father were on that list.and after hearing about the "hit list"... some students are getting counseling. finished counting ballots for the presidential recount.. and that now includes ?milwaukee county. ?that's according to the county clerk.so far.... both donald trump and hillary clinton have ?added? votes to their total. the elections commission says... ?most? vote changes are due to human error. the commission also says.... all counties are on track to finish the recount by monday's deadline. 3 and after three days...the recount in michigan hascome to a halt.a judge lifted an order that forced a statewide review allots. only twenty of michigan's eighty-three counties had begun counting. who asked for the recount is still pushing for one in pennsylvania. a new bucks arena means new job. jobs...yesterday the team unveiled a way for you to find them and get hired...a partnership with skill-smart will help create a website where you can look for what they call "family supporting jobs" in the new arena district. construction jobs are an obvious opportunity right now....and not just with the bucks. 3 an anonymous donor left quite the surprise in a salvation army red kettle this week.

krugerrand - valued at roughly 12-hundred dollars. it was dropped in a kettle outside a walmart in mukwonago saturday - and discovered monday morning.it's not the first time it's happened - but volunteers say it's always an exciting surprise. the big question - who left it? 1:10-1:17"that is a good question because you never know. it's always dropped anonymously so we never really find out who it is." 3 volunteers say they're about 25-thousand dollars behind where they'd like to be year. they plan on auctioning the coin off - and say they ?already? have a bid for 12-hudnred dollars. your top local stories are coming up...
