now to a developing story... a new push to mandate outside investigations of jail deaths. much like the state law that applies to fatal officer involved shootings. shootings.it's the latest development after four deaths in the milwaukee county jail this year, including an infant ...born to an inmate.county executive chris abele supports the idea of outside help. "i'm not sure how much legally we can mandate it. i think state statute is sort of ambiguous ab four deaths in jail in a relatively short period is something that does demand acco" accountability." 3 a county board subcommittee will consider the proposal at a meeting tomorrow.board members say they've invited sheriff david clarke. his office is investigating three of the jail deaths. the police department is investigating the fourth. 3 sheriff clarke responded by saying the county board supervisors that brought forth the resolution...."should focus not on criminals but on a remedy dealing with the 217

have reached the level of a crisis in milwaukee. apparently that is too dauntior them ...so they create fake news to divert attention." a sheboygan man is fac ?felony terrorism charges?... after posting about "school shootings" on his facebook page. after ?days? of threatening posts--- a ?tipster? alerted poilce. it started saturday. 21-year-old "joshua bagemehl"... posted about his desire to own an assault style rifle. later... he posts that a school shooting in sheboygan would be "fun."then on december 12th- he posts picture of his new assault rifle. when police searched his home...they found ?ammunition and handwritten notes? talking about how to handcraft weapons...and how to execute a "hostile" takeover. bagemehl was arrested without incident.police say... he told them he was just trying to get a reaction... and might not have been taking his meds when he made the posts. he now faces ?three-and-a-half years in prison?... and a 10-thousand dollar fine. 3 police in waukesha are asking for help finding ?this woman.?

"noaa" says record-breaking ?warm? temperatures over the arctic have triggered extreme melting and a late fall freeze. there's also record low ice and snow cover. they say it's threatening some small animals who live there. the air temperature is currently six degrees higher

3 roads are still slick in spots. freeway has been treated but the shoulders may still be icy... secondary roadways may still be snow covered. watch it on bridges and overpasses. no major closures are planned overnight.the traffic switch planned for this week along i-94 eb has been pushed to next week due to the cold temps.drivers take note that the water st. bridge leading into the historic third ward is now closed until december 16th 2016. the bridge will undergo some upgrades to its use alternates to get around this closure.another reminder that the i-41/894 sb exit ramp to greenfield ave. is now closed through the summer of 2018 for reconstruction. the on ramp from greenfield ave. to i-41/894 sb will close through the fall of 2017. also

taronga zoo in sydney, australia... has welcomed its largest litter of meerkats ever.the animals normally give birth to three or four pups-- but the keepers at the zoo have been monitoring the playful pups.the yet-to-be- named pups were born on november 7th.they have just started to venture outside their nest box to explore
