without power here in florida. this is a map of duke energy's current outages. outages along the golf course trying gulf coast. the counties that you see in green have between 100 and thousand customers without power. the ones in yellow have more than 1000 customers affected at this time. hermine is long gone , and now it is cyclone. however it could still become a hurricane. this morning it is causing major problems along the east coast. the storm killed 2 people, destroyed homes and left thousands without power from florida to virginia. forecasters expected to develop back into hurricane. governors have announced emergency preparations. these are pictures from the jersey shore this morning where the effects of hermine are being felt . the storm is spoiling the holiday weekend

went to the beach. forecasters expect hermine to regain hurricane force and we can again to a tropical storm by tuesday -- weaken again to a tropical storm by tuesday. a tornado touched down at cape hatteras island. in the sunshine state we're dealing with aftermath . rivers and lakes were over there banks causing more flooding. mailboxes and signs were nearly submerged in water here. the river is rising and is expected to near major flood stages within the next few days . with all of the flooding, it is no surprise the eeoc director order -- ordered a mandatory evacuation for some locations.

they do not have estimates as to how bad the damage really is at this point. your information about a deadly motorcycle accident in clearwater. take a look at these pictures taken after the crash. a motorcycle in the van collided at sky harbor drive and gulf to bay boulevard. the van driver was treated at the scene. the motorcyclist was rushed to the hospital where we just learned he passed away. a clearwater woman is her ex-boyfriend's car on fire. the problem is: it was not his car. the whole crime was caught on camera. police say the 20-year-old set this honda accord on fire. officials caught her after the flames spark. she said she felt the car belonged to her ex but turns out it wasn't his. she is charged with second- degree arson. 2 people were killed after a small plane crash yesterday morning. the downed cessna was
