more than a dozen people killed when a tour bus crashed into a big rig truck in california. this happened on interstate 10 near palm springs this morning. california highway patrol says the bus's speed was so significant that when it hit the back of the big rig, the trailer entered about 15 feet into the bus. 13 people died. including the bus driver. 31 are injured, including the truck driver. eight people are injured, when a car plowed through a church wall in miami today. it happened during the morning church wall next to the pews and the front end of that car buried in the wall. the miami herald is reporting that one victim was air lifted to the trauma center. seven others are in the hospital. no word on what exactly caused the car to crash. penn state students celebrated the win over ohio state and some students went overboard last night. take a look at this.

the high temperature 81 degrees. and not quite as breezy as yesterday either. it felt a little bit warmer. a northeast wind 5 to 10 miles an hour. and have seen some gusts here over the last hour, up to around 15 miles an hour. and so it is a little breezy in spots. but the flag here at new port richey not really showing that. the wind there, northwest at 2 miles an hour. with the temperature of 73 degrees. and the blue skies, with the very dry air above us. and sun city center, 75 degree hour. and down in venice, at nissan, of venice, the blue sky, milder there, with the temperature right now at 76 degrees. and expect more fantastic fall weather, as we move into the workweek tomorrow. a bright start to your monday. not as cool, we will see a temperature around 60 degrees. for the afternoon. gorgeous and a little bit warmer with high temperatures in most spots back up into the low 80s. that red shading above the tampa bay area, that is the dry
measured here showing the dry air at the surface here. mid-40s in tampa and low 50s in plant city. and mid-50s in wauchula. and also down in venice. the low temperatures, with the dry air, above us, getting cool again, but not nearly as chilly as what we saw this morning, upper 50s, and low 60s, in most spots, and save northern locations where we will again see temperatures in the lower 50s but that is better than the lower 40s that we saw this morning, and it was brisk. for tomorrow, fantastic fall weather, our those temperatures though, gradually climbing the next few days, and heading back above average, by the middle of the upcoming workweek and our rain chances, those stay low for the next few day, but with a little extra moisture in the atmosphere, above us, by the second half of the upcoming workweek, that's where we will see a few isolated showers, around, and more so, as we head toward wednesday, thursday, and especially friday, with some extra moisture, trying to make its way up from the south. the time being, though, high pressure in control of our
