told the men approached him around 7:30 yesterday morning and asked if he wanted to come over to his house. the child took off and went back home to report what happened. was able to give a vague description cinnamon was a white male with a heavy build in medium length black hair and long black goatee. we have a crew on the way to edgewater and we will have a live report in the next half hour. of georgia mother at the center of an amber alert has been arrested in ocala. we got a picture of her who was booked into the meeting county jail investigators say clarion garrison disappeared with her three children from albany, georgia yesterday. detectives found the mother and children at a relative's home in ocala last night. the children are okay are in dcf custody. police in pennsylvania say at least two men are still on the run after five people were killed. police say for women and a man were killed in a party and wilkinsburg last night and investigators say the gunmen appeared to be -- and a backyard party in an ambush style attack. police investigating the motive

critical condition at local hospitals. brevard county, this morning crews monitoring hotspots after a 45 acre wildfire race to the neighborhood and damaged homes. we told you about the fire as it was breaking on eyewitness news at four yesterday. firefighters told us for homes were damaged, two of them badly. they say the place is 100 percent contained and the fire chief tells us nearly 80 firefighters from different agencies put out flames threatening about 100 homes. some neighbors say they also pitched in. >> both sides are on fire. i look over and i saw that fire so i grabbed garden hose to keep the fire from the house and everything. >> the fire chief says crews are expected to spray the wooded area again this morning to prevent flareups and he believes the cause may be determined later today. seminole county substitute teacher will not be returned to the classroom after being

as it was breaking yesterday on eyewitness news this morning. police a someone shot 26-year- old ryland herbert in both legs in the parking lot on pine street near backbones. i say there was an argument and someone fired shots into the air and they say herbert tried to calm everyone down when he was shot. he's expected to be okay. in touch with the world today to get an update on the killer whale fighting for its life. officials announced earlier this week "tilikum" has a bacterial infection in his lungs. "tilikum" killed trainer don brancheau in 2010 and the accident is the center of the controversial film "blackfish" which has turned many people against the team -- theme park. florida lawmakers have their way it will be -- up to gas station owners to protect at the pump. >> a bill headed for the governor's desk which would force owners to increase security. to pass the house on the same day of veto police discovered another credit card skimming. eyewitness news asked the better business bureau white gas stations do not have credit card chip readers in place.
