toddler from hamilton. breaking news of this arrest on morning news. john monahan has more on how the arrest unfolded. >> reporter: tonight fox 25 news learned the former baby-sitter was arrested on a warrant from hamilton police at the north shore medical center in sale them material hours of saturday morning. 21-year-old abigail hannah, the former baby-sitter of 2-year-old lyndon was arrested early saturday morning, she's now facing several charges. fox 25 now learning the young woman was arrested inside the emergency room at north shore medical center in salem. it's unclear why she was there. hannah is from topsfield. she's charged with kidnapping, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and breaking and entering. unclear tonight is how little lyndon ended up some eight miles away naked by the side of the road. >> she was shaking, with her head down, and a big contusion
>> reporter: tom crosby and his wife found the toddler. >> i took off my coat immediately, wrapped it around her so she'd be warm. >> reporter: hannah was engaged to a man who lived at this home also in salem. roommates say that he's freaked out by the charges his fiancee is facing. meantime no one at the hamilton place. there are many questions tonight about this bizarre incident , among them this from the couple who found the child. >> why was she naked? >> reporter: there are a l. unknowns right now. lyndon albers remains in the hospital in boston. hannah is being held without bail, to be arraigned monday morning in newburyport district court. >> anchor: abigail anna was once a student at gordon college in wenham. we reached out the the school for a comment and they said the college comment was shocked and saddened to learn that a former
student who was previous i enrolled was charged. hannah worked in one of the school's summer programs in 2014. fox 25 has been breaking tall big details in this investigation. stay with us on air and online at myfoxboston.com for the latest. and breaking news out of roslindale tonight, a man has been shot in the area of 427 cummings highway, national the oak lawn cemetery. police say the victim has life threatening injuries. the shooting just happened before 10:00, no word on any arrests. several people taken to the hospital tonight after a house fire in hyde park. among them a firefighter and two young children. fox 25's erika ritchie has more. >> reporter: the flames tore through the house so quickly it trapped the 10 people inside, some of of them young children, they had to be rescued by firefighter, down the ladders from the second floor. family members say they are expected to be okay, and for that they're thankful.

basement door, smoke just came from everywhere. so i think it started in the basement, we're not sure. >> reporter: that sister she says has a 3-year-old little boy who was also inside at the time. another tenant on an upper floor had a 5-year-old there. they were the biggest challenges for fighters. >> getting calls of children in the building, people in the building rather than fighting an outside fire, the guys did a great job. >> we're just happy that everybody got out. report now that the fire is out, the investigation can begin into where it started and how. >> anchor: a beverly woman has died days after she was hospitalized in what police say was acase of domestic violence. police say 45-year-old edith black sharer was attacked monday night. her estranged husband is the suspect in the case and is in custody. developing news, we know now the name of the man shot and killed in blackstone last night.
this story was breaking at 11:00. the district attorney says 33-year-old kevin gonsalves was shot and pronounced dead on the scene. bella bond will be laid to rest next week. a service for the 2-year-old will be held on saturday, she'll be buried in winthrop next to her paternal grandmother. her body was found on a bag in deer island, then two months ago bella's mother and boyfriend were arrested. mccarthy is charged with bella's murder, and bella's mother charged as an accessory. both pled not guilty. the family of a massachusetts native killed in the terror attack at a who nell mali say they are devastated by the senseless violence that took her life a. knee that datar was born in western massachusetts and grew up in new jersey. she spent most of her career working to improve global health services. friends describe her as the kindest and most generous person they knew.
