official said the terrorists tried to emtate the -- imitate the deadly attacks in paris. all five suspected terrorists are dead and two other people were also killed and new this hour reuters also reporting canadian citizen among the dead. officials from the netherlands dutch citizen wounded in the attack and now in surgery. after the bombings 150,000 police and military members were deployed to protect public places across indonesia. over the last month there have been several warnings about incredible terror threats in indonesia and we will continue to follow the latest developments on the story for you throughout the morning. in the newsroom, i'm daniel miller, fox25 news. >> sara: we are also following breaking news out of taunton where a number of families woke up to flames in their apartments in the last half hour we showed it to you live as firefighters worked to put out hot spot that is still flaring up, fire started in second floor kitchen

into the walls and third floor and other apartments and neighbor ran down the street when she saw the flames and started yelling for everyone to get out. we remained at the scene this morning and have a new report in the next 30 minutes. sara: new this morning firefighters put out flames at home in east boston. the fire broke out on neptune circle around 11:40 last night. photographer on scene says two people were trapped on a back deck and were rescued by firefighters. the flames were put out quickly and all four people got out safely. >> gene: 7:07 this morning, worcester child who may have been poisoned now in dcf custody pen-month-old was taken to the hospital on tuesday afternoon. the boy was lethargic when first responders arrived on wellington street. police searched the building to see if the child may have injected any drugs or toxic substances. in september a two-year-old girl died in the same apartment. however, the two incidents involved different families. gene: three people, including are former army

in big theft in worcester armory james morales facing charges. morales out on bail for child rape charges at the time. two people from dorchester all face charges for working with morales. since the arrest people have recovered a number of the weapons. >> sara: long-time girlfriend of james "whitey" bulger will plead guilty next month to criminal contempt. catherine greig refuses to tell investigators anything about people who may have helped her and bulger while they were on the run for more than 15 years. greig is currently serving 15 year sentence for helping whitey escape. bulger is serving life in murder for series of murders. sara: wayne chapman is admitted child predator and spent decades in prison and also the suspect in the 1976 disappearance of a lawrence boy who has never been found.

talked about playing santa claus if he had gotten out of prison before christmas. a jury will ultimately decide chapman's fate. >> gene: police say dominick donovan and local man were breeding aggressive fighting dogs. they say the dogs called donovan pinschers and sold them for $1,000 each. they were cropping the puppyies ears with duct tape and scissors and causing one of them to die and there was a animal found in trash bag over the summer. gene: response team pulled a deer out of boston yard. reports someone was keeping the deer as pet in the state -- pet rather and that's illegal in the state. wildlife crews moved the deer to the woods. no one is facing charges this morning. >> sara: boston now considering relieving some people from shoveling snow at

would have lost their potency. sara: new review finds gaps at screening process at u.s. borders airports. homeland security required anyone coming into the controversy from the affected areas to go through mandatory health screenings but investigators found border patrol officers didn't always refer passengers to ebola screenings. homeland security has agreed to comply with all ten of the recommendations. sara: chipolte dealing with e. coli outbreak which started in nine different states and working with health official

loss, not only because of the fire damage but because of the amount of water they had to put on it and impact that will have and structural and guts of the structure and firefighters came back on pine street in taunton about an hour or so after they cleared it because fire flared up as you mentioned and as you saw with us here on fox25. they had cleared the scene at that point and restoration crews who were back now were out then doing their assessments when the flare-up happened. the original fire started around 1:00 this morning. firefighter say it sparked on the second floor before spreading up to the third floor and then, of course, as you see the roof. owner told me that fire was caused by some sort of cooking accident on that second floor. fire chief says everyone thankfully got out okay and got out on their own and two men lived nearby saw the fire

crossing the street when he was hit and killed. caught on camera, surveillance video shows a van clipping a curve, driver making quick turn off of washington street in dorchester just moments after a man was hit and killed. police say that man was trying to cross the street just steps from a construction site he was apparently working on. short time later officers tracked down a vhs transportation van with a shattered windshield and damage to the front end 4 miles away in mattapan. police have identified the driver as 34-year-old melissa benedict of dorchester. the owner of dhs transportation which specializes in transporting people with special needs was on way to work and had no passengers at the time. >> authorities have driver and they are talking with him. >> jessica: crews spoke to another dhs driver stunned to hear what happened. >> pay check or something. >> jessica: people say stretch
