boston you're going to see lightening clouds here at lunchtime today. those showers coming to an end for the cape and islands around 11:00 this morning, after that you guys have the mostly dry day but look at little line of likely some flurries here up across the mass new hampshire border. the closer to the coast you go, it is going to be in the 40s and going to be trying to melt on its way down. that little disturbance goes across boston right around the evening commute, which means we are at risk for getting couple flurries and folks are headed home from work today and 42 in boston porter smith, new hampshire and framingham and 37 in worcester, 39 in keene and lower 40s down across the cape and islands. pretty much where we are right now. so that means very little warm-up and flip it over to tomorrow's temperatures which are going to be in line today and lower 40s, more gradual melting of the snow that we have out on the ground and although tomorrow starts with sunshine we got clouds increasing, wedged between the two storm systems.

one clipper and nor'easter almost completely a miss and overnight showers here thursday night across the cape and islands and that would likely be rain. otherwise this clipper has a better chance of bringing in very weak precipitation mostly in the form of some light snow during the day on friday and i do want to stress the word light with that snow. so today we start with a couple sprinkles, end with a couple flurries, highs in the lower 40s, 40 again tomorrow with increasing clouds and by friday we got the risk for some snow showers out there, but accumulation is going to be really, really limited. south of the pike just getting a couple flurries. over the cape it is drizzle and north of the mass pike only a scattered coating to inch of snow and it is not going to be even widespread there. over the weekend saturday we will have another disturbance, another clipper coming on through but this one is going to bring the best chance of any kind of snow up into northern new england and only going to whiched a slight chance for saturday snowflakes, sunday
