shooting another man, rounden, wanted for attempted murder. police believe he may be traveling with his girlfriend. he has a tattoo on the back of his left hand and several raised scars on his neck. police say he is armed and dangerous. attleboro police are trying to identify this man right here. in september a man left a stop and shop with more than $300 in meat and seafood products. when approached by the management, he allegedly just ran away. >> we have the new details in a cafeteria confrontation we reported on earlier this month. you may remember, it was the one with the uconn student who shoved a food worker in the cafeteria because he couldn't get jalapeno mac and cheese. so the video went viral. here it was. the former manager, though, says he does not forgive the student after making an apology video posted on youtube. this is the cafeteria video that's luke goddy shoving dave robinson after a strong exchange. robinson wrote in a letter that

world war ii era tank explodes at an oregon gun range. police say one of the people was hurt when they arrived. they spoke to the person who injuries. investigators are trying to figure out what happened there. >> some officers are adding tactile weapons. they will use them to control force. officers are not required to carry them but say it gives them another option to actually work on their jobs and keep people under control there. >> the idea to stress control over striking someone. we're always looking at other options or better ways to do our >> officers have to pass a 16 hour training program and if they do, choose to carry them. >> also on 7, a colorado teenager wakes from a terrifying trance this morning. she's back home safe now, but she managed to travel way far

from home while sleep walking. >> reporter: sometime in the middle of the night, taylor game ill left her home and ended up 9 miles away, wearing only sweat pants and a t-shirt. >> she did not have shoes. so no phone, no money, no purse. no anything, she got up and walked out of the house. >> reporter: the sheriff's office got a call around 6:15 tuesday morning. taylor's father said his daughter wasn't in her bed and has a history of sleep walking. bloodhound to track her scent and followed it for three miles to then 7-eleven, but that's where the track went cold. >> people can do some pretty scary, dangerous things while they're sleep walking. and they're kind of only partially aware of what's going on. >> a witness told deputies they believe they saw tailor at a bus stop but didn't know if she got on. >> she has no recollection of being on a bus and she had no money on her. >> reporter: three hours after she was reported missing, her cousin's found her asleep on their couch, she was safe but

some dust' winds, we are handle 1 to 2 nrchs of rain. that's like a big ole' thunderstorm that goes through any kind of neighborhood hear. but the wind, i think, because of is is the fact that it's persistent will be a factor here. wind gusts 25 to 45 miles per hour tonight through thursday morning, too. temperatures holding in the lower 50s. we do have some 40s through nashua, back that worcester. but we'll take care of that and rise into the 60s by morning. so our wind gusts now, steady but not too over the top. gusts of 30 plus through the vineyard and nantucket. rain right now is coming down

that will be later tonight. you can see that starting to form right now in new jersey and over in new york city. this lifts through -- this is the first ray of heavy rain that we'll see. lifts through between 10:00 and 11:00 tonight. and thereafter, will be prone to downpours that will pop up at random and just move through. it will be fed by the wind coming out of the south-southeast. right now it's raining everywhere and we have a break going through the cape right now, just drizzling. the fog is in town obscuring the skyline right now but that should stay with us, too. and should clear out by tomorrow morning. here are your downpours in the wee hours of the morning. some may have thunderstorms in and of themselves that run through overnight and first thing tomorrow morning. but i'm really watching this final leg of rain that pushes through between 7:00 and 8:00 for the potential for a line of thunderstorms that everybody gets hit with. so rumble of thunder, kind of shakes you a little bit, but nothing too intense. what we may see are the strong wind gusts and those thunderstorms. we finish it off with maybe a sprinkle or shower late tomorrow

afternoon just around tailgate time for the patriots game. the winds will be strong for the game, too, by the way. an inch to 2 inches of rain, we need it. by the way, speaking of that patriots forecast, 72 at tailgate time before the game, 5:00 to 8:00. and then kick-off, we fall to the 60s, and by the time the game's over, a good 10 degree drop. so a steady drop throughout the course of the afternoon and that possibility of a sprinkle around kick-off. halloween clear, dry, quiet, not all that windy. 47 degrees. there will be a breeze, but just a crystal-clear sky with a late night moon coming up. can't ask for better, really, as we head into november. >> 67 to 75. what? we do cool off but not in dramatic november fashion over the weekend. looks lake we'll turn those clocks back an hour and get an extra hour's sleep. there might be a quick shower on sunday afternoon and monday, tuesday, wednesday, a warming

now to a reunion months in the making. a maryland police officer has been reunited with his k-9 partner. >> they were separated for weeks and the dog even went missing for a time but they're back together now. >> reporter: k-9 chip is back home. in july, a maryland police department retired chip, sending him to an unnamed rescue facility. the department said chip was uncontrollable and dangerous citing a bite during a training exercise but then last week a judge ordered chip's adoption paperwork be made public. yesterday chip's former partner officer gillphones drove 10 hours to reunite with the 5-year-old benning yum dog. >> i pulled up and the driver looked at me and i said you wouldn't happen to have chip with ya, and as soon as i said chip, chip came up off the backseat and put his face right against the window. and i literally put it in park, and jumped out and he jumped flight my arms.
