from the west coast of ohahu. this is the 7th shark attack in hawaii this year. october 17th, a 44-year-old man suffered leg injuries. october 9th, a 29-year-old lost his leg and several fingers. officials say u.s. marshalls were shot in tennessee while on the hunt for a wanted man. they were searching for floyd ray cook who is wanted in kentucky for a shooting there. they pulled over a car and someone opened fire. a woman who investigators say was in the car and dating a known associate of cook was arrested a short time later. cook is still on the run and considered armed and dangerous.
