ago. let's go to victoria warren with the latest on what we can learn today. zmoo the big question today is whether or not 16-year-old philip chism is mentally competent to continue his murder trial. the trial halted when he was ordered committed for mental evaluation. he said he was making alarming remark and scene lying on the cell floor banging head against the floor. they claim he was trying to manipulate the court. he's on trial for the rape and murder of colleen ritzer his math teacher in 2013 at danvers high school. her body found in the woods behind the school. today this unknown if the judge will hold a hearing on this or will just issue some type of ruling on this. everybody who had been called for jury duty has been on hold for now about two weeks. in salem, victoria warren, 7news

a fourth arrest has been made in a marchfield murder. the plymouth county d.a. said south boston man will be in court in connection with the death of robert mckenna. investigators say his houses into september. when he tried run from scene he went through large window cutting himself and pleading today. newest suspect facing murder and burglary charges >> an intense fire at home in lowell. you can see the house completely ungulfed in flames. this happened before midnight. no one was hurt. the cause of the fire under investigation. an emergency delivery following the wild rollover wreck seen right there in manchester,new hampshire. the pregnant mom in the car had to undergo emergency c-section last night. shes trapped inside of the car it. let's go to nick emmons with the

in pembroke, nicole oliverio, 7news "today in new england." two of boston's longest serving city councilors ousted by newcomers. >> a shake up in district four andrea joy campbell winning handedly. 34-year-old defeated yancey with 61% of the vote to his 39%. yancey served on the council for nearly as long as campbell has been alive. campbell celebrated at her headquarters in dorchester last night. thanking yancey for his years of service in her victory search. the councilor-elect said people future. i hope it inspires them to step into the places they want to step in. to serve the communities they want to serve and to go for it. to simply go for it.

arrested them. you will seriously hurt someone one of these days. you hit someone in the head with rocks. they got me in the back of the head the other day. three people were hurt in the incident and they are expected to be okay. a deadly ending to yesterday's morning police stand off that we were following for you in canton. the man who barricaded himself inside a home has died. police say he stabbed his brother and then threatened officers. a s.w.a.t. team moved in and closed down the area. once they got into the home they found the man had already injured himself. police are searching for the men who robbed and ransacked a con vooenlt store in worcester. all happened sunday night. video shows a group of men entering the store wearing mask after one of men threatened the clerk with a knife. the robber stole cash and cigarette and got away. we're following breaking news oversea out of south sukan and the cargo plane crashed

there are at least two survivor including crewmember and child. the plane crashed on the bankings of the nile river shortly after it took off. and right now it's not exactly clear what brought down the plane. we also have new clues emerging in the crash of russian passenger plane over egypt. a russian news agency reporting no trasz ces of explosive residue. if true this would support the theory that the plane crash from a mechanical failure rather than too early to tell. the former ceo of wal-mart and two other people will be okay after they plane made a crash landing. is right in arkansas. bill simon was flying the small plane when it crashed in fayetteville tugs day. the simon and his two passengers suffered minor injuries.

i decided that i would just appeal it. she filed the appeal and about the week later received a letter in the mail. her appeal was rejected. she made a few more calls but no nowhere. she reluctantly decided to just pay the ticket. you feel so helpless buzz you can't involve the problem other than paying the fine. just before dropping the check in the pale she remembered solve it 7. >> i watched the channel 7 all the time. i really enjoy this segment. i thought why not give it a shot. we contacted the department of transportation and told them the trouble phylliss having. a few days later we got this response. after investigating the details of this situation, mass dot was able to determine it was issued in error and has since been voided. phyllis is glad the or deal is in her rearview mirror. i think you did a wonderful job.
