the first one north of 495. accident 93 southbound and that's blocking the left lane. and then northbound on 93 in woburn, we have a car broken down. that's blocking the left lane as well at mount vail avenue. it's not too bad on 93 but a couple of incidents out there. the pike is red. all the way out to frame ingham. you're slow heading east on the pike. that's something to keep in mind there. on 128 northbound in dedham to the pike you are crawling. let's look at the expressway half an hour from the split into boston on the expressway northbound. let's take a look at the drive times if you get ready to drive out the door. a little bit slow on the expressway. the pike from 128, 27 minutes. and then if you take the t we have some minor delays on the red line. back to you guys. 2-3 people in the house. she's 16 years old and locked in a room.

pregnant mom said she was taped to a chair while robbers ransacked her home. her frightened teenager daughter hid in a room and called for help. let's head out live to quincy with more. here's nicole oliverio. one men was set to appear in court. he just arrived to courthouse about the minute ago. we hope to learn more about a motive behind the possible home invasion. >> they are on the their way upstairs. 16-year-old makes a desperate call to 911 after robbers reportedly broken into her quincy home. >> she can hear them. where are you hiding. >> in my room. >> in my room. as the teen hid upstairs she told the dispatcher they had tied up her pregnant mother downstairs. >> please hurry i think they are hurting her. >> he later got a panicked call from daughter.

and then mommy got tied up. the men broke into the back door ransacked the house and put a gun to her mother's head demanding to know where the money was. the teen remained upstairs until police arrived and officers saw one of the men take off. >> they were here pretty quickly. they gave chase. about three blocks they caught up with him. they apprehended one suspect. they arrested kevin murphy and found the gun one of the two dropped in the brush nearby. eng just relieved his wife and daughter are already and proud of how brave she's. >> she's doing okay. it's very, very scary. she's doing well. we're waiting to hear from back from police to see if they made a second arrest. murphy will appear in front of the judge later this morning and police tell us that they are investigating exactly why these men may have targeted this home. live in quincy. in new england."

one person to the hospital with serious injuries. happened on tray month street in the south end. police had the scene taped off for hours we also have now details in a sickness that spread among boston college student after dozen eaten at this cleveland circle chipotle. 80 students were infected with noro virus. they did find health violations at the restaurant. for the latest on that. let's go to victoria warren. what did they find here? >> scrubbing down the chipotle restaurant in cleveland circle after eating here. horrible stomach pains. some went to the hospital. we know the cause. the health department said it's the highly contagious noro virus. not e-coli. chipotle has been the center of national e-coli. someone who was sick came to

and following last week's terror attack closer to home in california the house has passed a bill now to overhaul the federal visa waiver program so people from iraq, syria, iran and sudan or anyone who visited the countries in the past five years would not be allowed to travel to the u.s. without a visa. countries in the program would also be required to share information on extremist with u.s. officials. in the mean time cnn is reporting that shooter syed face farook plotted an earlier attack in california with someone else. they also trying to figure out why 28,000 was recently deposited to farook's bank account. republican and democrats are levelling most forceful critisism against donald trump. several hopeful campaigning in new hampshire denouncing the proposal. but trump doesn't seem phased neither do his supporters

a weymouth women in an accident with state-owned vehicle hitting dead end after filing insurance claim. she said she filed it with the state but didn't receive the paperwork she was promised. she reached out to solve it 7 and kris anderson. >> reporter: heavy traffic. road construction and foul weather all things that amanda freehop is used to dealing with. i drive constantly. every single day. all day long. this social worker spend a lot of time behind the wheel both for her job and for trips to visit her family. >> when they come for mother's day it was actually driving to see my mom. after leaving her house the vehicle next to her started coming over into her lane. i was right there. screaming out the window. >> she just kept coming. amanda and the other driver pulled over. the police arrived and filled out a report. because it was a state-owned vehicle that hit amanda's car

you are doing. how important to be accurate as possible? >> incredibly. we have some amazing medicaled a advisors working with us. we got to see them in action. collin donald and his costar taking us behind the scenes on to one of their elaborate sets. for a hand's on demonstration with the key medical adviceor andrew dennis. a real life trauma surgeon. when you look at trauma patient it looks like a scripted event where everyone looks for work and they know what to do. that's what we are to train everybody here to do. actor all went through medical boot camp to learn procedures like stitching and cpr. and spent time in real operating rooms to see what surgeons actually go through. >> it's so we can come in and be able to look like we know what they are doing. the patient seem pretty well

>> we still have hope. we miss you and we love you so >> i miss danny. i miss him so much. wherever you are, just come home. police ask police to give them a call. police in franklin, new hampshire search for the suspect who robbed a convenient store at knife point. surveillance video showed a hooded man jumping over the counter and grabbing cash from the register monday. police released a surveillance picture as well. just to give people a better view of the man's face in the clerk said he ran away before police were able to arrive. new details of aaron hernandez double murder trial. both sides are now requesting a delay for the trial. jury selection set to began january 19th. prosecutors and defense lawyers are waiting for an appeal over evidence there the case. hernandez is accused of killing two men in 2012 after encountering them at a boston nightclub.

this car we have rigged with two propane bars. smoke machine a smoker that's coming up under the hood. >> steve is the show's fire and safety expert and was a real firefighter in chicago for 36 years. the propane pars in the car have a pilot light attached and connected to a fuel tank. similar to how your standard gas grill worked but on a much larger scale. he worked mostly with the special effect wizard to create spectacular flames like these and -- >> 3, 21, fire. because those flames are real the actors had to spend time at the chicago fire training academy to learn how to respond and react like real firefighters. they've explained it. nobody questions it. everybody goes okay. if it's a corridor of fire you run down and you know you will be safe.
