the gloves were off as three democratic candidates battled it out in new hampshire for the final debate of 2015. one of the hot topics, accusation that is bernie sanders' campaign accessed a private hillary clinton voter database. sanders campaign had suspended two more staffers as a result related to this incident. that wasn't the only issue >> reporter: the big question up being the first question saturday night. bernie sanders campaign's recent data breach of hillary clinton's voter files. >> all of the issues that the governor talked about, the secretary talked about, those are the issues. media notwithstanding. those are the issues that the american people want discussed. >> we should move on because i don't think the american people are all that interested. >> instead, we are listening to the bickering back and forth. maybe that's normal politics in washington. north light of recent attacks in the u.s. and abroad,

9:10 am
bernie sanders won the debate by doing what he does best. being honest and passionate, plus gracious. he apologized to clinton for his staff's role in the data breach, but then accused the democratic party of crippling his campaign. by extension, that was a charge against her, too. hillary clinton is the democrats' most experienced candidate. so she is the favorite to win every one of their debates. which she usually does. but not this one. clinton lost because she didn't do anything to separate herself from the democratic party's leadership. going along to get along made her look less independent and less likable. she is formidable but flawed. and both were on display. the biggest lutzer was the democratic party it may have burned the bern for a while. but it also burned itself. questions about integrity are the last thing democrats want
9:11 am
their leading candidate. you may notice i did not mention martin o'malley. that wasn't a mistake. o'malley trails bernie sanders by more than sanders trails clinton. and this debate won't change that. i'm andy hiller. and that's my instinct. >> kris: new this morning, the united states embassy in tunisia is on high alert today. officials there are warning people to avoid major shopping malls in the capital city after a reported threat of a militant attack. tunisia has been in the state of emergency, in fact, after a series of attacks targeting tourists. one happened at a resort back in june. another attack at a museum in march. isis claimed responsibility for both of those attacks. a lot. >> news to come this morning on today in new england. still ahead, the patriots season winding down. at least the regular season is. as they take on the titans later today. big game down at gillette. will tom brady be one of those players on the field? more on who is in and who might not be playing.
