are scene of a mobile home fire. this is a live look on neely mill road. you can see the home is gutted and part of the mobile home has melted. it's unclear if anyone was at home during the fire. be sure to stick with fox- carolina-dot-com for any updates. 3 now to a developing story 3 a prison inmate is wanted .. after walking off his job site in spartanburg county this afternoon. afternoon.james buckner is currently serving time at livesay correctional - a state prison facility.he was convicted of grand larceny, burglary, and posession of a stolen vehicle - as well as other charges back in september.if you see him or have any information you can call the number on your screen - or local law enforcement. 3 in spartanburg county--a former teacher has filed a lawsuit against district one and the superintendent.... accusing the district of altering the grades of two students who were allegedly

cheating.in a lawsuit-- filed by mike cash....a 13-year engineering instructor at swofford career center...he says he caught two students cheating on their final exam back in may...and gave both students a retest...but only one child showed up.that kid received a grade of 25 ... while the no-show was given a zero. zero.he claims that at a later date someone with school district one altered the student's scores...giving them a "b" letter grade...and tonight cash's lawyer explains...his client just wants students to be given the grades they earn. 3 3 3 "if you're a teacher you have to have the ability to control the environment that you're in, at least knowing the fact that you grade the tests and that these students work equals out to a grade which is given by you because that's what a teacher does. if you have no control over that, your jobs, you're literally

just two days away till super bowl sunday... seems like we've waited forever for this game to get here... some have waited a little longer though... 3 for a guy like thomas davis... a decade long career in the league without ever getting to the super bowl... how important is it to him? he'll play despite a broken arm on sunday.. then there's a guy who'll line up next to davis in shaq thompson... a rookie.. getting to the big game in his first season.. davis says he talked to the younger guys on the team before the nfc championship game about not letting an opportunity like this slip away.. cause you never know if you'll get back.. 3 3 3 "i told them how special of a moment it was to be in that position and my rookie year i came in and we played in the nfc championship game and as a young rookie i took it for granted. ten years later we finally ended up in the nfc championship game again. and i told the guys to make sure you
