channel 13 spoke with a friend of kemp's last night -- who was at the party with the boy. the friend does not deny they were drinking and doing drugs. however when police came to break up the party -- that's when the two ran and lost track of each other. but the friend says they did not run near the pond and is questioning how kemp ended up in the water in the first place 17:13:35:11 - this is the house and this is the pond over here.... that side of the gap the report also says there are no signs of injury or trauma to kemp's body a marshall county man is dead after his snow mobile landed on him and crushed him. authorities say 25 year old travis van de walle of le grand was driving the machine. it happened around 6 - 30 last night in a field just northeast of le grand

welcome back... people in eastern iowa received a belated christmas gift today grace united methodist church in davenport opened its "blessing closet" to those in need. the "closet" is really three rooms full of everything from shirts and coats to shoes. the church takes donations all year long... and they depend on those donations to help make a difference. 12;35;17

fargo arena tonight is the last night and the show starts at 7-30. it was a tough loss for hawkeye fans yesterday. they lost 16 to 45 against stanford at the historic rose bowl game. but to make matters worse -- standford's marching band mocked iowa during the halftime show during their performance, the band played the "farmer's only dating website jingle" and members ran a giant cow across the field. iowa fans responded by booing them off the field. this isn't the first time the band has caused controversy. in 20-13 rose bowl game -- the band made fun of wisconsin in a
