family and friends are preparing to say good-bye to 30-year old justin jorgensen... jorgenson died in a construction accident near altoona this week.... he was installing sewer pipes in a 12- foot trench when the walls gave way.. a visitation willtake place monday from 11 to 1 at hamilton's funeral home in des moines... a memorial service will follow. jorgensen leaves behind a wife and two children. the man accused of waukee's first murder in over 40 years is due in court again today. 41 year old brendan mcguinness pled not guilty back in november... police say he shot and killed 41 year old gino risola outside his home on november 7th. they have not identified a motive in the case. today mcguinness will appear at a pre-trial hearing... his trial is currently set for february 1st. we may hear opening statements this morning in the murder trial of joe lopez... lopez is accused of killing his
