th morning... the supreme court announced it will take up president obama's immigration push... the executive action would grant work permits to more than four million illegal immigrants whose children are u-s citizens. local immigrants say they're happy the community is finally having its day in court... 'this is a good thing, were glad the supreme court is going to hear this case.' 'we need comprehensive immigration reform, congress needs to address this, they need to work with the president to make this happen.' 26 states sued shortly after the president's executive order was issued. the supreme court will hear arguments in april... and will likely issue its ruling in june. we're learning that des moines'
