ben: good morning. i'm ben wagner. melinda: i'm melinda davenport. two stolen cars crash overnight. ben: plus the final show down, the preview of what we can expect to donald trump and hillary clinton at tonight's presidential debate. melinda: we are on traffic weather watch. ben: first, to sally severson with the wednesday forecast. good morning, sal. sally: good morning, ben and melinda, the temperatures at 5:00 are showing 40s away from the lake, 50 or better right along the shores. the skies are fair and plenty of morning sunshine. but clouds are beginning to edge across minnesota and iowa, a cool front to north and west and coming through for us dry but a few clouds later.

vehicles, a car slams into a bar and the other happened after a police chase. thema is live in milwaukee with the latest. thema? reporter: one of the chases started in a neighborhood. following the crashes, the police took people into custody. we have the video of two people being taken into custody near hie 175 and lloyd street. the two were hiding in a behind the news crew. this happened not long after a crash that started in greenfield this morning. we have reports that police were trying to pull over the s.u.v. because of reported stoppen. the police have not released the details about the crash or the chase. also, a stolen car hitting a brady street restaurant and caused damage to jack's american pub.

cooler air a. couple of extra clouds today. breezy tomorrow. we have a little chill coming in on friday. now to the accident along i-94. >> it is a serious crash before the racine county line is closed. here is the delay. we are going to the computer, it looks like they have shutdown the freeway at ryan road. there is a delay between the crash site and the exit and delay leading up to the exit. either way, jump off the freeway, and take 27th freeway. i will head out to the chopper. back to you. >> thanks, matt. >> fourteen agars are recovering after being shot outside of a school in san francisco. now to tim with the latest.

students. the shots were fired in the parking lot. the school was put on lock down and four men that are not student there is may have targeted the girl in this. she's in critical condition. the other victims are expected to survive. officials there will be more security at the school today and the counsellors are on hand. >> president obama's night and the president and first lady hosted the italian prime minister. take a look, the first lady's dress. stunning. guested included grammy award

taking advantage of the indoor ice skating. that is fun to check out the rink tonight. weather, 60s for today. we settle in more seasonal weather, cooler is tumbling in, especially, with a cool front coming in today with a few clouds and providing a north wind and looking at cooler air that will begin to roll in. the highs returning to the 50s. we are really on the way to a super stretch of weather. this morning lots of sunshine but the clouds are moving in quickly. getting to the western part of wisconsin and moving in across iowa and minnesota and out of south dakota and nebraska. a couple of showers with this. i don't think we are getting a sprinkle go. more than anything, we are seeing a couple of extra clouds rolling in mid to late morning and for the afternoon. fair skies overnight, the

40s. not a lot of really cold air out there. we return to the seasonal norms, 30s, 40s across the dakotas and 50s across the plains. so by 9:30, some of the high clouds are filling in for us. i call for a partly cloudy sky later morning and into the afternoon. tonight at 5:00, no green on the radar. just ali sprinkle. tomorrow a little more of a northeast bend to the wind, a few clouds, especially near the shores, a fair amount of sunshine with seasonal highs mid to upper 50s. 67 today. say hello to the 50s through saturday. a few passing clouds from time to time. but overall seasonal highs, mid to upper 50s.
