claim to know in the 85-page lawsuit...is that once johnson hurt his neck, complex officials ignored his cries for help. a psychiatrist named in the lawsuit, laurens young, allegedly evaluated johnsons condition as 'hysterical paralysis/psychotic presentation.' the suit claims that at a court hearing johnson couldnt attend, psychologist kelly duggan called johnsons paralysis claim a 'delusional belief.' attorney jonathan safran says there are some reports johnson hurt his neck in a fall but is suspicious. im having a hard time and the familys having a hard time someones just been brought into the hospital could occur. in 2013, the family learned there would be no criminal charges following a john doe investigation. safran says the lawsuit could reopen that case as well. if that leads to more information that would lead to the possibility of the district attorney reviewing this case again for potential criminal charges, we would be more than willing and more than wanting to for that to happen. the lawsuit does not specify how much the family wants in damages but it does request

injury, pain and suffering, as well as funeral and burial costs. a statement from the county's interim corporation counsel says "we cannot comment on open legal matters, other than to say we take all allegations very seriously." a sheboygan falls mother... charged today with killing her two-year-old child. police arrested katlyn kinateder thursday... after officers found the boys lifeless body inside her home on woodview avenue. fox6s madeline anderson is live at the sheboygan county courthouse with m kinateder faces two felony charges... first degree intentional homicide and moving-hiding-burying a corpse of a child. last week... police said the initial 911 call came in as strangulation. but weve learned from the criminal complaint released today... the 27-year- old told detectives she suffocated her son and put his body in a cardboard box. following katlyn kinatader's initial appearance in court monday afternoon... the sheboygan county district attorney says he anticipates the case will focus on whether kinateder could control her behavior when

two-year-old son. i would be surprised if there wasnt a plea of what we call not guilty by reason of mental disease or defect.according to the criminal complaint... the 27- year-old sheboygan falls woman put a plastic grocery bag over her son dexter kinateder's head. she then called 911 and said with little emotion that she needed police to come to her home. you what? i killed my son. can you tell me what led up to this? i have no idea. i think i've lost my mind. she reiterated that she had lost it. she was tired of looking at him, that is the child. da joe dececco says kinateder made the same confession to detectives... adding that she said she had stopped taking anti- depressants nine months ago. its always distressing when a the most vulnerable in society. and adults are supposed to protect them, not kill him. :38 the district attorney says

delays. many delta passengers found themselves stranded at mitchell international this morning. we talked to one frequent flyer -- who says the company typically gets him updates on the status of a flight -- but not this time. normally, you'll get a notification on your phone, that the flights are delayed. there's no notification, 'cuz there's a system-wide outage, so they can't even notify them. delta is trying to get things back to normal. the airline is waiving fees to flyers who are trying to it will also give out refunds to passengers who saw significant delays, and cancellations. you decide coverage now. tomorrow is the fall partisan primary election. it'll be up to voters to pick a party and vote for the candidates they want to move on to the november ballot. there are some things you should know before you head to the polls. recent rulings on voter i-d laws might have some confused... but

hurt following a crash overnight in south milwaukee. police say the man lost control in the area of 5th and manistique around one a-m. he was taken to froedtert hospital. south milwaukee police say speed and alcohol are possible contributing factors of the crash. three people have been arrested.. connected to several meth lab discoveries in walworth county. three "so called" one-pot cook sites were found in a 48-hour period last week.

ceremonies. 'coming off of the positivity from the olympics, and the u.s. has been doing so well, it just keeps making me think, anything is possible for our young people. ' the procession marked the start of a new year for milwaukee schools on a year-round schedule. after just about six weeks of summer break, metcalfe students - along with 10 other schools in the system, were back in the classroom. 'we are dedicating ourselves to improving outcomes for our students this year.' students go to school for the same number of days over the course of a year as students on a traditional schedule. the year-round schools have different breaks during the year to accommodate the shorter summer. 'this really gives us a chance to get them early so we dont have as much of a gap in the summertime, making sure that right away, as soon as august hits, theyre back in class ready to learn.'

metcalfe won a gold medal running with jesse owens in the 1936 berlin games. the marquette alum then went on to serve four terms in congress.
