burleigh-- pakhar singh looks on--at what's left of his b-p gas station. i'm still sad. you know? nearly one week after chaos-- singh opens up about nearly losing everything. in the sherman park area, i've been there 10 years. the whole neighborhood is just like my own family. we really love each other. i know all the neighborhood, block by block, each side. they are targeted by angry looters-- and set on fire. three people were able to get out safely. singh struggles to find the words-- but his lawyer sits at his side--expressing his frustrations. it's not only affected the business, it's affected a person and a whole community. he reads a statement--filled with both grief-- watching the neighborhood we love and the business we have worked hard to build, go up in flames, was heartbreaking. and

are accused of trying to kill a classmate more than two years ago when they were twelve. they told police they did it to please the fictional character slenderman. lawyers for both girls are concerned that publicity will keep them from getting a fair trial. the two girls are likely to be tried separately, their trials could be set in march or april. tonight, the state department of justice is investigating a deadly officer involved shooting in new london. police say two officers were on patrol, when they spotted a 31 year for his arrest. investigators say the suspect pulled a weapon, and then was shot and killed by the officers. police have not identified the man, or revealed why he was wanted. an officer involved shooting that left one man dead last month in jackson has been deemed justified..... and the officer will not face any criminal charges. fox6's rachelle baillon has more details. a woman tries to hold off her knife wielding boyfriend as he
woman had managed to call police from an office in the home, before the man burst into the room. the wisconsin d-c-i case report says police found the man, 58-year-old helmut wihowski, holding a knife to the woman's upper chest while dash cam audio captured what happened next. the d-c-i report says the woman told authorities she would have died if the officer had not shot wihowski. authorities attempted life-saving measures on wihowski, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. if you'd like to learn more
