seriousness of the allegations, i am going to set a cash bond.appearing by video monitor in adult court for the first time... 17-year-old javon vdillies bail was set at 10-thousand-dollars. it doesnt appear that the parental supervision is what one would hope for.according to the criminal complaint... dvillie and four friends burglarized four auto dealerships around racine county between july 4th and vehicles and one led police on a high speed chase. this was a smash and grab sort of break in. so they broke in through the showroom windows and took keys inside.dvillie is charged as party to a crime with four counts of burglary... 5 counts of felony theft... six counts of felony criminal damage to property... and two counts of attempted felony theft. deputy district attorney tricia hanson says it was important to

officers had claimed. the officer who fired the fatal shots is charged with first-degree murder. at least nine people are dead after the remnants of a powerful typhoon hit northern japan. the storm made landfall yesterday -- and was later downgraded to a tropical depression. authorities say the victims were found in an elderly home in a town swamped by flooding. hundreds of other people in that area were left stranded by rising water and landslides. hawaii's big island is there are preparing with two hurricanes approaching. the closer one -- hurricane madeline -- is a category four storm. right behind hurricane madeline is hurricane lester... a category three hurricane. the center of madeline is expected to pass dangerously close to the big island -- while lester isn't expected to make landfall -- but will still

dispersed.. there was one earlier this morning too... that's when 3 people were arrested... police say it had to with them refusing to get off private property.. and one of them... resisting arrest.. its just a sad situation out here and it needs to be fixedpolice say 3 people were arrested for refusing a resident's request to leave private property... one of those people also resisted an officer. they were part of a cro for slyville smith... shot and killed by a milwaukee police officer in mid-august. you can't tell people that their grieving is up. frank sensabauth has been with the family numerous times at the memorial.. and has tried to help ease tension in the neighborhood... he was recently arrested.. he says it was while he , himself, was trying to keep that peace any concerns that the neighbors had we actually have been knocking on their doors and talking to them about their concerns to make it so we can peacefully resolve this some neighbors tell fox
