morning. two people are dead... another clinging to life - julie collins joins us live from the crash site with more - julie? police say the driver of the s-u-v was drunk... and didnt even have a drivers license. charges were filed against the driver yesterday... while family members gathered for a vigil... according to the criminal complaint - .24-year old trejon price was driving the s-u-v. he allegedly told police hospital he had been 'out at the club drinking with friends' - the s-u-v rolled over and hit a utility pole. the crash left 31 - year old nielya niel-ya owens unconsciousness and on a breathing ventilator at the hospital. it killed two others - 26- year old tamika washington was in the back seat of the suv at the time of the crash she was transported to the hospital and pronounced dead a few hours later. and 24 -year

driving a dark sedan...and continue to investigate. two milwaukee police officers... injured while trying to take a 13-year- old-student into custody at benajmin franklin school. police say the teen brought a soft shot, plastic b-b gun to school. angelica joins us now with the latest. police say while the officers were attempting to talk to the student... he became physically combative toward them. a spokeswoman with milwaukee public schools says fortunately the incident didnt' involve any other students and was contained to the gun was a toy pellet gun. the 13-year-old student was taken into custody after resisting their attempts to control him. the officers were hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries. the district attorneys office will review the case in the next coming days. an angry parent accused of making terrorist threats against his child's school is out of jail -- after posting his 7- thousand dollar cash bond. "jesse culp" appeared in court yesterday -- after "random

threatened to "light this place up". according to a criminal complaint, school officials contacted culp because his child had a dress code violation. culp thought his child was being harassed and wanted a principal removed. the superintendent feared for the principle's safety. in the day ahead -- we're expected to learn the fate of the man who shot and killed another man after a fender- bender. 28-year-old octavia dodson pleaded guilty to second degree reckless homicide back in april. according to court documents -- dodson told police he followed deshun freeman after his car was hit, freeman was trying to drive away. once he caught up with freeman -- dodson shot him. dodson is scheduled to be sentenced this afternoon. the b-mo harris bradley center is holding a job fair today. the event center looking to fill part- time event-oriented positions including security...guest services...ticket services...and event operations. the job fair runs from 3 to 6 p-m. if you want to go - enter at the potawatomi gate at the corner of north 4th street and west highland boulevard.

high: 76 dewpoint: 60 wind: se 5-10 mph traffic check red on traffic map = major delays yellow on traffic map = some delays green on traffic map = no delays a developing story out of pakistan this morning where at least six people have been killed in a train collision. at least one hundred others were injured. officials say a passenger train was heading to karachi when it collided with a freight train. that freight train had stopped so the driver could remove the body of a man who had been crushed to death crossing the railway track. officials say they suspect negligence on the part of the pa accident. the world anti-doping agency says that a russian cyber espionage group has struck once again...leaking another batch of athletes' confidential information. the latest hack is similar to tuesday's attack...with the group releasing data of 25 athletes from eight countries...including the u-s. the athletes names have not been identified. the group called "fancy bears" is believed to be responsible. u-s athletes simone biles and venus williams were part of

sorrow for the two women who died in a single- vehicle car crash sunday near 32-nd and atkinson. another woman was badly hurt. and the driver of the car they were in is charged. julie collins joins us from 32nd and atkinson with more - julie? many family and friends gathered here to remember the victims of sunday's crash...while trying to make sense of it. police say 4 people were inside a red s- u-v at the time of the crash - and that the driver, 24-year old trejon price, was drunk... and had a suspended license. police believe price crossed the center line and lost control taking the right turn onto 32-nd... witnesses allegedly told police

directed millions of dollars in corporate cash to the wisconsin club for growth in the lead-up to the recall. the pro-walker group was not bound by contribution limits and does not have to disclose his donors. "the guardian" says walker's fundraiser laid out a strategy to fight the coming recall effort against him. if it walks like a duck, talks like a duck, looks like a duck, its most likely a duck :35 so its up to scott walker to tell us why this isnt a poisoned duck made lead paint gave 750 thousand dollars. a year after walker and republicans survived the recall, they created a law protecting lead paint makers from lawsuits. the wisconsin supreme court shut down the john doe last year, saying it found nothing illegal. three prosecutors are currently asking the u-s supreme court to review the case. milwaukee county d-a john chisholm, who's one of the john doe prosecutors, says it's a crime to leak john doe material.

traffic check red on traffic map = major delays yellow on traffic map = some delays green on traffic map = no delays governor scott walker will unveil his plans to improve wisconsin's roads transportation budget has more funding for all levels of local government. to pay for it, the governor says he'll try not to increase taxes or fees. and he's pledging to keep borrowing low...after fellow republicans criticized him for including too much debt in his last budget. and state superintendent tony evers plans to deliver his annual state of education address later today. he'll also hand out awards for the top four "teachers of the year". the address will take place at the state capitol at noon.

has been arrested for driving a bus under the influence. and brendan dassey's attorneys have filed a 48 page motion for him to be released from prison. angelica joins us now with more. the motion comes while the wisconsin attorney general appeals a federal judge's decision that dassey's murder conviction be overturned. a federal magistrate judge ruled august 12th that investigators used deceptive tactics to coerce dassey to confess to helping steven avery rape and kill photographer teresa halbach in 2005. attorney says her client has been held in custody since march 2006 -- when dassey was 16 years old. she also argued that the state has not demonstrated a strong likelihood of success on appeal....and stated he is not a flight risk and he would pose no danger to the public if released. the school bus driver who hit and killed a 12-year-old boy in kaukauna may face charges. police say they are waiting for toxicology reports before they decide. justin johnson was hit by the bus september 6th...as he crossed

it was supposed to be his first day of classes. a memorial fund has been set up in justin johnson's name and a verona bus driver under arrest...after a number of concerned citizens noticed the school bus swerving all over the road yesterday morning. the dane county sheriff's office located the bus and arrested 25 year old matthew frings after he failed a sobriety test. at the time, there was a 10-year-old child on the bus. badger bus company issued a written statement saying employees undergo a thorough pre-employment process whichi background checks, and drug and alcohol testing. they apologize for the incident and want to assure families that safety is their highest priority. you decide coverage now. new details released about both presidential candidates' health. republican presidential candidate donald trump will release the results of his most recent physical later today. trump also sat for an hour-long, one- on-one interview with host of the "dr.
