examiner's office says the death of an inmate has been ruled a homicide... terrill thomas was charged in connection with an april shooting inside potowatomi casino... he was found dead in his jail cell a few days later. cause of death is determined to be dehydration -- with other significant conditions. the m-e's office notes the "homicide" designation does not imply criminal intent. meanwhile -- the milwaukee county m-e's office is investigating the probable overdose death of the 29-year-old adam peterson was found unresponsive earlier this week... first responders administered narcan -- but it was unsuccessful. he's one of 71 probable overdose deaths in the last seven weeks in milwaukee county alone. clouds will increase tonight and temperatures will fall into the low 60s. mostly cloudy with periods

the u-s justice department has reportedly issued subpoenas to wells fargo ...over the fake accounts opened by bank employees. it's not clear yet whether the investigation will lead to charges... this comes just days after the bank was hit with a 185 million dollar fine for creating more than two million fake accounts. wells fargo says it fired 53-hundred emp past few years for improper sales tactics. employees say they experienced relentless pressure and unrealistic sales targets. uber's self-driving cars have hit the roads in pittsburgh... the ford fusions are currently available for a select group of customers in the city -- who can accept the invitation via emails. the cars all feature 20 cameras, seven lasers and three inertial measurement units to help riders get

our big story at six. a gunshot fired --- following a scuffle in milwaukee's thoreau elementary school that scuffle-- involved a 13-year- old girl and a milwaukee police officer. fox six's madeline anderson is live near the school at 60th and bradley with the latest. freak accident. that student was grazed by a bullet from an officers gun while getting into a scuffle with him. the supervisor of the school resource officers was trying to talk with a 13- year-old female student about an incident that had occurred a few days ago... when she became physically combative with him. his gun discharged while still in the holster. 8:25 the one student that was injured in all of this was taken to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries as
