14th -- killing 86 people. boo-ehl was shot and killed by police. investigators now say the suspects they arrested this week... are linked to boo-ehl. investigations into the stabbing at a minnesota mall continue this morning... this-- as we learn more about the man arrested in connection to the bombings in new york city and new jersey. kim joins us in studio with the latest. 28-year-old ahmad rahami is now in custody-- facing five counts of attempted murder of a law enforcement officer. rahami was named a suspect in saturday's bombings in new york city and investigators released his photo-- rahami was found sleeping in a bar doorway in new jersey. the afghan immigrant was injured in a shoot out with police . he's being held on 5-point two million dollars bail and remains in a local hospital. federal charges have not yet been filed. two officers were hurt trying to arrest rahami... their injuries are not life-threatening. in minnesota-- officials say the part-time officer who shot and killed a man stabbing people at a saint cloud mall was at the right place at

adan stabbed ten people before he was killed.an isis-linked news agency reportedly praised the attacker as a quote "soldier of the islamic state." the claim has not yet been verified, but the fbi is investigating the incident as a potential terrorist act. all of those hospitalized have since been released. developing overnight-- a woman is in the hospital after she was grazed by a bullet. milwaukee police responded to a reported shooting near holton and chambers around 1-45 this morning. inves with a suspct. during the argument, the suspect pulled a gun and shot at the woman. investigations are ongoing. later today --- a milwaukee man will learn his fate for shooting a teenager in the parking lot of wisconsin lutheran high school. last year, police say 37-year-old michael riley shot a 15-year-old boy in the knee-- and grazed a teacher. both victims survived. according to court documents-- it all started when riley's daughter got into a fight with another student after

several charges including first degree reckless injury. riley's sentencing is scheduled for later this morning. a milwaukee mother facing child abuse charges. 24-year old kiara key-are-uh patterson allegedly subjecting her infant to medical tests the child did not need.prosecutors say she took her infant to four different hospitals and urgent care facilities a total of 21 times since birth. doctors say the child was fine. according to the criminal complaint, many of the tests and medical procedures that the were invasive, painful and exposed the baby to radiation. the child was also allegedly 'given medication that may not have been necessary.' her lawyer said our deadline on this story was too soon... and declined to comment. an off-duty milwaukee police officer find himself on the other side of the law after being arrested for drunk driving-- and accused of rear ending a squad car. mpd confirms it happened saturday afternoon near 76th and florist.

from behind. the driver turned out to be a 48-year- old woman-- who's been an officer with mpd for 22 years. investigators say she was off-duty-- but under the influence. the officer works at district four and has been suspended. her name is not being released at this time. the officer in the squad that was struck was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. we are learning more details about a plane crash in door county that killed two people. officials say a returning a teenage flying student to door county from green bay around 8- 30 sunday night. witnesses saw the plane circling and called 9-1-1. it took about an hour and a half to find the wreckage in peninsula state park. federal officials are investigating. happening today - the state of wisconsin is launching a jobs access point center near the sherman park area. through the program... people can learn about available jobs and training programs. last month, governor scott walker announced the two-point-five million dollar investment

challenging. the panel is urging community members to make their own voices heard through already existing venues -- like monthly police crime alert meetings. in the wake of the sherman park unrest... the a-c-l-u is educating community members about how to improve their interactions with law enforcement. during a workshop last night... speaker jarrett english says many young african run when they encounter police. he urges instead to remain calm-- but also assert your constitutional rights. another workshop is planned in mid- october on the same issue. that one will include a representative from the police department. happening today - sentencing for a washington county man who was found guilty of killing his wife... in a deadly crash on valentine's day. richard pafford was convicted of homicide by intoxicated use of a vehicle.prosecutors

day - and were driving home around 1-30 in the morning - when richard lost control and crashed. renee pafford died on the scene. richard suffered critical injuries... and still needs a wheelchair or walker to get around. authorities say his blood alcohol level was twice the legal limit at the time of the crash. his hearing is at 1:30. the man accused of planting bombs in new york and new jersey is still in the hospital following a shootout with police that led to his arrest. the investigation into his motives moves in to high gear today -- as authories are now s diane gallagher has the latest from newark, new jersey. with the suspect in the bomb attacks in new york city and seaside park, new jersey, now in custody ... new questions emerge. authorities say they want to know ahmad khan rahami's motive ... and whether he was working alone. the 28-year-old was taken into custody monday, after the n-y-p-d and f-b-i asked the public for help in finding him. rahami was detained just a few hours later, when a bar owner in linden new jersey spotted him and alerted
