suspect's vehicle. they say they are interviewing witnesses they're also trying to access any surveillance video there may be from the area... police have not released the victim's age...only saying she is an adult. this hit and run is just a half a mile away from the scene of another one...that happened monday night. a motorcyclist was very seriously injured at mitchell and muskego...and in that case... police are searching for a reporting live in milwaukee deandra corinthios fox6 news. also new overnight - a rollover crash shuts down part of i-43 north. all northbound lanes on i-43 were closed at locust shortly after midnight... as crews cleared out a crash. traffic was diverted off at keefe avenue

today - looking ahead -- a milwaukee man who's been in prison since 19-92 on two counts of sexual assault and two counts of armed burglary will be released. the innocence project took 48- year-old "daryl holloway's" case... and thanks to dna evidence... a judge has now overturned his conviction. he's spent the last 24 years at green bay correctional. holloway is set to be released sometime after 10 this morning. of a man killed by a wauwatosa police officer will meet with the community. jay anderson was shot and killed by an officer in late june. the family has held numerous protests and balloon launches to raise awareness about his case. tonight they will host a community forum at the wauwatosa public library at 7. anderson's parents have been asking that a charging decision be made in their son's case. they also want a 20 second video of the events leading up to the shooting to be made public. "my son was trying to tell him, he had a weapon in the car and he was pointing down at the

"as i used to tell the young pups i would train in the academy, thats the one thing you own is your integrity; youre the only one who can give it away and im not sure were willing to give our integrity away in an investigation of this magnitude."

insulin pumps? angelica's following those developing stories and more in studio. we'll start with yahoo -- the internet giant is accused of building a software program... that scanned all of its customers' incoming emails for information for the government. it's unclear this morning what the government was searching for... but the surveillance program allowed the f-b-i and n-s-a to gather information on hundreds of millions of users. two former yahoo employees say the chief security officer resigned last sum controversial program. the surveillance could potentially violate the fourth amendment... but yahoo states it is "a law abiding company.... and complies with the laws of the united states." meanwhile... johnson and johnson... now warning more than 100-thousand medical patients with insulin pumps... they could be targeted by hackers. in a letter... the company says its animas one-touch ping insulin pump has a bug.... creating a potential cybersecurity risk. hackers could hijack the device and force it to deliver unauthorized --and possibly lethal-- insulin doses.
that happening is extremely low... and there have not been any reports of actual attempts to hack the device. johnson and johnson also said the pump has features for advanced protection should patients be concerned. and new york's governor... now being dragged into new jersey's bridgegate scandal. a former port authority executive testifying in the bridgegate trial said governor andrew cuomo and chris christie spoke about covering up the scandal... proposing to write a fake jersey side of the port authority for the scandal. a spokespoerson for cuomo called the testimony "false and delusional." two former officials face several charges for allegedly ordering a shutdown of lanes on the george washington bridge back in 2013... as political retribution for a mayor who didn't endorse christie. there was less buildup to the vice presidential debate... but that didn't make it any less intense. vice presidential nominees tim kaine and mike pence attacked each
