the most recent investigation ...taking place on the city's east side just north of brady street. deandra corinthios is live near arlington and hamilton with what we know so far. milwaukee police say the victim here is a woman in her 20s. officers got a tip that led to them a residence in the e dead. milwaukee police responded to the 18 hundred block of arlington place around 10:20 pm monday for the homicide. an mpd sergeant tells us this is a quote "major investigation" but could not offer further details. police have not released how the woman was killed. they say the circumstances of her death..including the time of death... remain under investigation. our crews witnessed a man in handcuffs at the scene but his

mpd has identified a person of interest. they say they are searching for the man at this time. reporting live on the east side deandra corinthios fox6 news. milwaukee police are also busy investigating three other homicides. one of those victims a popular bar owner. nicole is in the newsroom with three people were killed in three separate shootings in a matter of hours yesterday afternoon. m-p-d says they found a man's body inside the bar at 35th and silver spring. family members say the victim is mike patton, the owner of that establishment. they say patton was proud to own his own business. he always said he wanted to be an entrepreneur, he wanted to own his own and he saved enough money and thats what he did. hes my big brother. im the only girl. he was very bossy, making sure i was always straight. making sure- im the only girl so he was very

working to establish a motive and to identify suspects. police are also investigating a deadly shooting near 24th and aure. officers say it happened yesterday afternoon just after 1:30 when a man was shot and killed during a fight. police say they know who they're looking for-- but he is not in custody. and then at 11th and r milwaukee police say a 23-year old man was shot and killed by a 22 year old man. the suspected shooter is in police custody. police are still investigating the reason for this shooting. and in kenosha -- police also investigating a homicide. a 33-year-old man was shot multiple times near 19th avenue and 62nd street. we're told no one has been taken into custody. if you have any information-- give police a call.

missing inmate. they say thomas clod-felter is an inmate at the sturtevant transitional facility. he walked away from a work release site late sunday night. clodfelter is 59 tall, and 186 pounds. if you know anything on his whereabouts - contact law enforcement immediately. new information about the deadly hit-and-run crash that killed three women in milwaukee over the weekend. police say a 23-year-old man-- has turned himself in. angelica is here with the details. the suspect until he's charged. but we have learned that he has a history of drunk driving... and driving with a revoked license. officials say a lexus ran a red light early sunday morning near 2nd and clyborn , slamming into an uber vehicle-- killing three women inside. 30-year old ashley sawatzke, 35-year old lindsey cohen and 32-year old amy taylor --all from chicago-- were in the backseat of the car and died in the wreck. the medical examiners office tells us none of the women were wearing seat belts.

hospital. a 14-year-old milwaukee boy is killed after crashing a stolen vehicle in fox valley. grand chute police say about 11-30 sunday night-- they spotted a vehicle from a reckless driving case - and began chasing it.. once the pursuit reached speeds of 100 miles an hour, police backed off. that's when the driver lost control and crashed into a light pole at an i-hop restaurant. investigators say the teen had stolen his uncle's car in oshkosh. thanks to baby boy is back with his family. he was the accidental victim of a car theft. fox6 spoke exclusively to the man who found him. on sunday night -- 15-month-old taratino carter's mother left the boy in her running car while she went inside a gas station near 60th and good hope. a suspect got into the vehicle, and took off, with the baby in the back. police issued an amber alert. and that's when a milwaukee man realized he'd seen the car in question near 39th and silver spring.

milwaukee police are on the scene of a homicide on the city's east side. this is fourth murder in milwaukee... since monday afternoon. deandra corinthios is live near arlington andbr latest milwaukee police say they have identified a person of interest and are searching for him... the victim is a woman in her 20s. the victim is a woman in her 20s. this was around 10:30 monday night. you can see a heavy police presence on arlington overnight... multiple squad cars and other emergency vehicles...as milwaukee police

then just 20 minutes later -- a man was shot during a fight with another man near 24th and auer. police say they believe they know who the suspect is....but continue to search for him. and then around 3 p-m...a 23-year-old was shot and killed by another man near 11th and wright. a 22-year-old has been taken into custody by police. the motive is unclear...and police continue to investigate. and then in kenosha -- police also investigating a homicide. a 33-year-old man was shot multiple times near 19th avenue and 62nd street. we're told no one has been taken into custody. if you ha a call kenosha police. thousands of code violations.... and hundreds of thousands of dollars owed to the city. but its all catching up to one milwaukee landlord. angelica has more on how city officials are telling him its time to pay up. the city of milwaukee is suing a landlord... for more than 1 point 25 million dollars. the complaint says mohammad choudry has engaged in unfair and deceptive real estate business practices. choudry is accused of using multiple companies and names - some real, some fake - to hide his identity

landlord owns 67 properties in milwaukee. in a civil lawsuit filed yesterday, city leaders claim he owes 400-thousand dollars in taxes and has nearly three thousand code violations at his properties. take in cash revenue but will not pay for repairs wont pay taxes or insurance so its all revenue no expense 27:32 and then as bills accrue he eventually expects the city to take the property back in tax foreclosure claims choudry's rental properties have become a public nuisance... because he's been convicted 82 times in municipal court of property-related ordinance violations. choudry has an "injunction hearing" scheduled for november 3rd. millions of americans could have to pay a lot more next year for health insurance. and thousands of military veterans are facing a crippling financial burden. jessob is in the newsroom with details. the california national guard apparently overpaid servicemen

bonuses years ago. and they are now telling those veterans they need to pay the money back. a series of audits revealed the guard gave out too much money and in some cases to the wrong people - while under pressure to meet enlistment targets. now as many as 10-thousand veterans are being slapped with wage garnishments, interest charges and tax leins - unless they pay up. several members of congress are calling on the defense department to forgive these debts immediately. and the obama administration an increase in their healthcare costs next year... a government report says premiums under the affordable care act will jump an average of 22 percent for the benchmark silver plan next year. that means it will cost nearly 300 dollars a month. the hike is being blamed on insurers raising prices and reducing their presence on the exchanges. enrollment has been lower than initially projected, and insurers say patients were sicker than expected. most consumers will likely not notice the price hikes ...because about 85 percent of
