termination is the result of an internal affairs investigation...into the sexual assault allegations the investigation found heaggan brown in violation of the milwaukee police code of conduct. dominique heaggan brown had been on paid leave since the august shooting of sylville smith. police say smith was armed and running from police before raising his gun toward officers. that's when heaggan brown shot him ago....heaggan-brown was then arrested on sexual assault charges. he allegedly assaulted a man at his apartment after the two were drinking at a bar while watching coverage of the violent protests. but one of smiths relatives says the firing does nothing for his family. they want the body camera video from the shooting made public. he was still getting paid for the malicious crimes he was doing. that just gives the taxpayers a little break; thats justice for them. that dont bring justice to

women say they support the release of the body camera video. the milwaukee county d-as office is still investigating the shooting reporting live in milwaukee deandra corinthios fox6 news. milwaukee police need your help solving a homicide on the south side. police think this is the person who fatally shot a man inside the corona jewelry store near 7th and greenfield. corona jewelry buys gold and is a money transfer store. police have notre for the shooting...and the victim has not been identified. if you have any information please give police a call. a u-w stout student is dead after a violent attack over the weekend. police in menominee looking for whoever is responsible. nicole joins us now with the latest. hussain saeed al-nah-di was from saudi arabia and was studying business administration. police found alnahdi around 2 a-m sunday morning in downtown menomonie -- near a toppers pizza -- unconscious and bleeding from his

had been assaulted by a man who took off before officers arrived. no suspects are in custody-- and police have not said what led up to the fatal beating. u-w stout's chancellor sent a letter to students and staff -- addressing the incident. he made a personal plea for anyone with information to come forward. we're just one week away from the election....and wisconsin going to be a hot spot for campaign stops. lets start with the republicans. presidential nominee donald trump will be in eau claire today for a campaign rally. place at the w-l zorn arena at 6 tonight. doors open at 4. and for the democrats -- vice presidential candidate tim kaine will be in appleton and madison today. and then tomorrow -- senator bernie sanders will make a stop at the turner hall ballroom -- for a get out and vote event. also in town tomorrow - chelsea clinton will visit eau claire and oshkosh. she'll also make a stop in milwaukee thursday to encourage early voting. the wisconsin photo id law continues to be a source of

state and local officials want to make sure voters know exactly what they need to cast their ballot. elections officials explained... a photo id can be a wisconsin drivers license... a wisconsin d-o-t issued card or a u-s passport. dont' have any of those? there is still time to get one at the d-m-v. just bring whatever identifying documents you have like a birth certificate and proof of your current address. but if you dont have those documents, the dmv will still give you a document you can use to if you still don't have the necessary documents... you can enter a petition process and receive a receipt which can be used at the polls while the dmv is reviewing your application. more than 465-thousand people across wisconsin have already returned absentee ballots. cubs are looking to keep the world series alive tonight. the indians have home field advantage tonight in cleveland

allegiance to abu bakr al-baghdadi of the islamic state." the recordings include negotiations between police and mateen ..in which the gunman repeatedly says he committed the attack because of u-s airstrikes on syria and iraq. the massacre left 49 victims dead and dozens more injured. mateen was killed in a shootout with police. police in little rock, arkansas are investigating a shooting and robbery that took place at the clinton presidential library. officials say it has nothing to do with the u up with three men in the parking lot to sell blue jeans. the three men reportedly took the clothes and shot at the two others - hitting one of them. one person was hit in the leg and is expected to be ok. no arrests have been made. after the break - a major pipeline in alabama shutdown after a deadly explosion. and standing with standing rock! why some of your friends are checking in on facebook from the north dakota pipeline protest when they're not actually there.

explosion happened when a contract crew hit the line with a track-hoe in shelby county. it caused three wildfires -- burning more than 30 acres in dry conditions. crews battling the flames for hours. colonial pipeline has shut down two mainlines in the wake of the explosion. wells fargo paying out another big settlement. this time, the banking giant is accused of overcharging homeowners for appraisal fees. the bank has agreed to pay 50-million- dollars in the new settlement. the appraisal fees are typically 30- dollars o fargo was charging at least three times that amount. a spokesman for wells fargo insists the bank did nothing wrong... this news comes almost two months after another major scandal at wells fargo where bank employees opened millions of phony accounts without customers' permission. the protest against a proposed oil pipeline in north dakota is spreading on facebook. hundreds of thousands of people have used the social media platform to "check in" at the standing rock reservation - even though they're miles away.
