dead after a school bus and a commuter bus crash in southwest baltimore. police say significant injuries are also being reported. we now know no children were on the school bus at the time of the crash. and a baltimore public schools spokeswoman says no students are among the fatalities. there was no immediate word on what caused the crash. we will update you as we learn more. also breaking right now --- the milwaukee county medical examiners office confirms they have been called to a crash near 46th & burleigh. victims. we have a crew on the way to the scene. an investigation is underway... after a man is shot in his car overnight. it happened near 40-th and hopkins around 11-45 last night. police say the 23-year-old man was in a car when he heard shots nearby. he realized he was shot and was taken to a local hospital. he is expected to survive. the milwaukee police officer who shot and killed sylville smith has been

shooting. dominique heaggan brown is accused of sexual assault in a separate case. deandra corinthios is live from the police administration building with more. according to mpd...the termination is the result of an internal affairs investigation...into the sexual assault allegations the investigation found heaggan brown in violation of the milwaukee police code of conduct. dominique heaggan brown had been on paid leave since the august shooting of sylville smith. police say police before raising his gun toward officers. that's when heaggan brown shot him. then...less than two weeks ago....heaggan-brown was then arrested on sexual assault charges. he allegedly assaulted a man at his apartment after the two were drinking at a bar while watching coverage of the violent protests. but one of smiths relatives says the firing does nothing for his family. they want the body camera video from the shooting made public. he was still getting paid for the malicious crimes he was doing. that just gives the taxpayers a little break; thats justice for them. that dont bring justice to

13 of the citys 15 aldermen and women say they support the release of the body camera video. the milwaukee county d-as office is still investigating the shooting reporting live in milwaukee deandra corinthios fox6 news. a u-w stout student... killed after a violent attack over the weekend. kim is in the newsroom with details. hussain saeed al-nah-di was found unconscious... and mouth and nose... early sunday morning. police say the attack happened in downtown menomonie... near topper's pizza. witnesses told police he had been assaulted by a white man... roughly six feet tall... who ran away before police arrived. al-nah-di was rushed to a hospital... and then airlifted to eau claire. u-w stout's chancellor sent a letter to students and staff yesterday... saying al-nah-di had died from his injuries. alnahdi was from saudi arabia. he was studying business administration. no suspects are in custody-- and

for an event featuring tombstones guarded by a mock police officer. the tomb stones showed the names of the men whose deaths have sparked protests...including sylville smith's dominique haeggan brown is the now - former mpd officer who shot smith near 44th and auer in august police say smith pointed a gun towards officers...prompting haeggan brown to shoot. haeggan brown is accused of sexually assaulting a man just one day after that. he's f prostitution charges. milwaukee police conducted an internal investigation. they say those allegations...not the smith shooting...led to heaggan brown's termination. but smith's supporters says the two cases should be connected. in a sense, you cant separate them. he went into a bar right after that and openly discussed that incident and discussed how he could do what he wanted to do and get away with it. sylville smith's family would like

the d-a is still investigating. haeggan brown will be arraigned in the sexual assault case november 4th. reporting in milwaukee deandra corinthios fox6 news. a former sheriff's captain is accused of sexually assaulting a woman at an assisted living facility owned by his wife. the alleged victim suffers from huntington's disease... a progressive neurological disorder. angelica joins us from the 73-year-old clarence mielke is charged with four counts of sexual assault. he lived at carey manor in pleasant prairie with his wife, brenda... who operated the residence for disabled adults. according to a criminal complaint... nurses witnessed mielke in the victim's room... engaged in a sexual act last month. when interviewed, the victim claimed clarence-also known as skip-had sex with her...quote...'lots of time.' "im in shock. i really am. im like torn apart because like you think the older crowd are going to be ok

happened to my mom, you know what id do. it's just ridiculous" the complaint says the victim was a residence at carey manor for four years... and the assaults went on for much of that time. carey manor's license has been revoked... and all residents have been relocated to other facilities. mielke faces up to 40 years in prison if found guilty. his first court appearance will be thursday. only on fox six. struck by a car, run over and left injured in the middle of the street. a milwaukee woman-- now suffering from a shattered leg -- hopes the driver of a hit-and-run comes forward, the incident happened saturday night near 20th and morgan avenue. renee anderson went for a walk near her southside home...when she tried to cross the street, she was hit

i was kneeling on it and trying to get back up and their back tires ran over my leg and i could feel it crunch." bystanders rushed to help... but the driver-- took off fast. witnesses believe it was in a gray 4 door car but they license plate. anderson is bedridden and has a long journey to recovery -- as she ?has muscular dystrophy so her muscles will not heal easily. many would call it ... a farm to fork failure. a business that offered high quality meat straight from the farm ended up leaving hundreds of its customers in the lurch. contact 6's jenna sachs reports ... customers now want the owner held accountable. it sounded really, really neat.

be pouring over documents in her kitchen with contact 6. i watch fox 6 and i see the contact 6 reports im like are you kidding me? this happened to me? a facebook ad led her to this website for alexander king farms in geneseo, illinois. the pictures were vibrant ... the reviews positively glowing. the cuts and selection of the different butchering options you could choose were really appealing. here's how the business worked. reserving a hog or half hog living on a farm ...and she'd be contacted when the hog went to locker for processing. we paid $310 in full for the hog. months later ... she hadn't heard anything. when her husband called ... he was told the hog was heading to locker ... and it was time to pay the processing fee. and then our processing fee was $260 dollars. they paid that too ... then never heard from alexander king farms again.

and then nothing after that. these victims need some serious help. in the last year the better business bureau has received more than 300 complaints against the "f" rated alexander king farms ... from people in 16 states . i got lied to, i got took. at least seventy of those complaints ... are from people in wisconsin. i can tell you customers spent anywhere from 200 to 600 dollars upfront and many paying a lot more. contact 6 found the storefront in geneseo empty. the henry illinois sheriff's department has 162 complaints against the owner ... beth alexander. and claims of money owed reaching 83,850 dollars. tammy milem let alexander sublet space for her pigs ... on milem's farm. back when this started they were just dropping dead left and right. she flat out refused to take care of her pigs. milem says the pigs she got from alexander ... were sick from the get-go. she hurt our business so

over. so milem sued alexander ... but may not see any of the money she's owed. alexander may file for bankruptcy. we can't discuss the particulars of this matter. we caught up with alexander outside the henry county courthouse ... but her lawyer did most of the talking. there's no malice here. there's no intent and no deceptive practices. it's a business that failed. in an email .. her attorney says the response to tremendous interest via social media." he points to "poor organization" and says "bethany is in no position to refund personally." a facebook page run by milem called "people against alexander king farms" ... claims more than 800 disgruntled former customers ... owed more than 350,000 dollars! contact 6 couldn't verify those numbers. when asked ... alexander's wouldn't talk about the amount of money

compartments you likely never knew existed in cosmetics. ==== cass: and gino's in to talk inferno, italians and he has a giveaway too. ==== angelica: real milwaukee is next. following breaking news --- the milwaukee county medical examiners office confirms they have been called to a crash near 46th & burleigh. this is video just into our newsroom. the crash happened around seven this morning. police say a 42-year-old milwaukee woman was driving her vehicle westbound on burleigh when she and struck a vehicle being driven by a 59- year-old milwaukee woman. the 42-year-old woman died at the scene. the 59-year-old woman was transferred to a local hospital with serious injuries. police are still on the scene investigating. the annual food for the holidays campaign is a chance for all of us to help families in need throughout southeast wisconsin. carl is helping us kick off this year's drive from feeding america's milwaukee food bank.
