imposter posing as a bell ringer...is stealing money they say the man even appears to have a real salvation army red kettle. deandra corinthios is live from the salvation army headquarters in wauwatosa with the details. the salvation army filed a police report last year when a red kettle was stolen from the parking lot of a milwaukee wal-mart... and now...they've uncovered an imposter soliciting donations a same wal-mart. milwaukee police are investigating a man posing as a salvation army volunteer, outside the walmart near appleton and silver spring tuesday. the salvation army's red kettle campaign doesnt begin until friday. the suspect's kettle was not marked with a salvation army logo...and he was not ringing a bell...which salvation army leaders say are immediate red flags. volunteers will should also carry a salvation army badge. a real salvation army representative saw the man taking money in the

fox's joel waldman, has more from cleveland. it's been 108 years in the making.... as the chicago cubs finally win the world series. rizzo says: "we're in the books, we're in history forever." the cubs win in the tenth inning of game seven of the world series... ending a drought of more than a century for the team. third baseman kris bryant throwing the ball to first for the final out. bryant says: "i knew he was fast, i knew i had to getr the longest game ever." the cubs led throughout the game... but the indians were able to come back and tie it in the eighth inning. cleveland's manager says they were just trying to figure out how to get another run... but they weren't able to pull ahead. francona says: "that was quite a series and you know somebody was going to go home happy. but they deserve a lot of congratulations." many cubs fans never thought they'd see the day they'd win the title... but chicago's manager says their

a dense fog advisory is in effect for this morning until 10am. waukesha, walworth, jefferson,do washington and fond du lac counties are all under the advisory. fog this morning then some sun. right now with highs in the low 60s. your weekend forecast next. three teens face charges in connection with the vandalism of more than a dozen boats at horny goat marina. and we're learning more about a deadly crash involving three college football players from back in july. kim is in the newsroom with more. that deadly crash happened on a winding road in merton in july. the crash claimed the life of michigan state's mike sadler...and nebraska's samuel foltz. we've obtained exclusive photos and documents from waukesha county

airborne and landed in a ravine 30 feet below then burst into flames. l-s-u's colby delahoussaye survived the crash by escaping through a window.delahoussay e told police he believed the driver, sadler, had one alcoholic beverage that night. he also told police they were all wearing their seatbelts. and three young men are now criminally charged in connection with vandalism that took place at the horny goat marina late last week. about a dozen boats were broken according to the criminal complaint traces of blood and a dropped cell phone lead police to the suspects. one of the teens also faces an arson charge for allegedly starting the fire that burnt a 60 thousand dollar boat to a crisp. we're told many boat owners are working with their insurance companies to settle the damages. the marina is now working on security upgrades. coming up at six -- the number of cancer deaths in women is expected to spike by 20-30. where the largest leap in deaths is

yellow on traffic map = some delays green on traffic map = no delays the body of a four-year-old girl is discovered stuffed in a storage tote in everett, washington. investigators believe the child died way back in 2010. circumstances surrounding the girls death and the disposl remains are under investigation. the plastic tote was recovered after police served a search warrant....and receiving a information from a relative who was concerned about the child's disappearance. court documents allege the girl's mother applied for state assistance for the little girl during the years she'd been unaccounted for. and a frantic search continues for a 10- year-old girl who vanished from a church in texas tuesday. an amber alert was issued for kayla gomez-orozco in the small town of bullard.

could be in 'grave danger.' family members say her mom was talking with people at a church prayer service for a a few minutes while kayla sat in the lobby...and when they turned around, kayla wasn't there. the fbi is sending support from its field office in dallas a tulsa man facing charges after allegedly stealing a police car and leading officers on a high speed chase... and all while streaming the pursuit live on facebook. officials say a tulsa police officer left her keys inside walked into a coffee shop. this is when the suspect...25 year old john pinney drove off in the car. pinney then led police on a high speed chase across three counties...reaching speeds around 120 miles an hour. during the chase, he used the officer's ipad to post on facebook....and that helped officers track him down. authorities eventually caught up to him at his parents home, where he had parked the cruiser. he's been charged with several felony counts... including impersonating a police officer. and in florida --
