milwaukee has already surpassed it's early-voting record set back in 2012... more than 38-thousand in-person absentee votes have been cast. at least two thousand more than in 2012. deandra corinthios is live downtown with what city officials are expecting for tuesday's election those numbers will go up...mayor tom barrett expects the total to be saturday is the last day to early vote in the city. mayor barrett credits expanded voting hours -- and more places to early vote. there are three locations this year. the zeidler building downtown, midtown center and the forest home library. that's because earlier this year a federal judge struck down

five milwaukeeans will vote early... on wednesday milwaukee surpassed it's 2012 record with 38 thousand in person absentee ballots cast. in 2012...36 thousand 500 in person absentee ballots were cast. a milwaukee woman is now offering 50- thousand dollars... for information that could lead to an arrest in her daughter's shooting death. 25-year-old ebony taylor was shot and killed the night of july 13th, while sitting on a porch near 33rd and hadley. her killer, or killers, have not been caught. taylor's foster mother, kim zulkowski, tells fox 6, she incentive could convince someone to come forward...and ultimately find the people responsible for taylor's death. anyone with information is asked to contact milwaukee police. two caledonia parents are accused of abusing their infant. the baby had fractures on his skull and bleeding on his brain. the parents say they didn't do anything wrong. gest wangsness and krystal hall face charges of abuse and neglect.investigators say hall took the child to a racine hospital. but the injuries were so great, the infant required treatment

by police--they denied abuse. the baby was previously treated at a hospital after his tongue was bleeding. the parents says that was due to an accident with a syringe. we are told the infants injuries are not life threatening. many workers in milwaukee county will soon get a raise. the milwaukee county board voted in favor of increasing the minimum wage within the county to 15- dollars by 20-22. here's how it would break down.. on january first - the wage would raiseto 12-dollars and 25-cents. then on would go up to 13 dollars...and increase by 50-cents every year until it reaches 15-dollars on january first in 20-22. right now the minimum wage is 7- dollars and 25-cents an hour. the superintendent of m-p-s proposes a number of significant changes. they include the creation of a uniform policy and also starting the school year in august. she also floated the idea of having extra training sessions for teachers in failing schools as well as creating an

administrators asking that 150 million dollars be sent to clinton's campaign. the bradley foundation tells us the document was fabricated...and say they are working with the f-b-i to investigate the hack and with security experts to prevent future security breaches. 350 pages of emails from the f-b-i's investigation into hillary clinton's private email server expected to be released today. this on top of 13-hundred pages released duplicates of earlier material, as well as administrative letters. but a series of largely redacted e- mails from 20-10 discuss the release from wikileaks of more than 250- thousand diplomatic cables. some of those cables featured brash assessments of foreign leaders. clinton's communications director says the democratic presidential nominee will not talk about the f-b-i probe before election day. he says that polls show that

catch a man they say set 15 fires in one small community in the span of a week. 27 year old brian stonecipher-- a volunteer fireman with the leavenworth volunteer fire department -- has been taken into custody in connection with the fires. he allegedly set fire to bales of hay, fields and brush from his fedex work truck -- then circled back to help put out the flames. no one was hurt during the incidents...and no serious damage was done. the fire marshal says stonecipher is the fifth volunteer fireman who's been charged with arson in the state it is being called "the leaning tower of san francisco"... "the millennium tower" is a 58-story luxury condo high rise and it's sinking into the ground. the building has sunk more than a foot and now has a two-inch tilt at its base and a six-inch lean at the top. the city is suing the tower's developers...claiming they knew about the issues but failed to warn potential residents. the developers say the city's allegations have no merit and
