not my president, not today! not my president, not today! this was the scene last night in chicago... where thousands blocked the entrance to trump tower before heading to downtown streets. officials say police have been stationed outside the hotel and condominium tower ever since it was apparent trump was going to defeat clinton in the election. similar demonstrations also taking place nationwide... including new york, colorado, california, and washington d-c ...r are not ok with comments donald trump has said in the past. that's why we're here where we are right now, because we haven't been talking about policy, because we haven't been specific, because we've been talking about things that don't matter about personality not policy, and there needs to be a call to action, and i need hillary to stand up right now and

world." now that donald trump is president- elect, speculation is growing on who will join his cabinet. several wisconsin names are being floated for high profile positions. trump is expected to reward those who have stayed loyal to him. according to time, r-n-c chariman reince priebus is the frontrunner for trump's chief of staff. politico david clarke has been mentioned as the possible homeland security secretary. one person who says he does not wish to go to washington d-c.-- governor scott walker. i love being governor. i am going to finish out my term. if i chose to run again i am going to run for governor alone and not for any other office in the future. walker says he also believes trump should back speaker of the house paul ryan in his bid to retain that title. sheriff clarke calls the
two dozen fire departments -- fighting a four-alarm fire at an apartment near the u-w whitewater campus. residents say they heard a loud boom that almost sounded like gunshots. then --they saw smoke. they say people started running from the building, some carrying children and animals. residents tell us the two people trapped jumped out of the window and onto a police car that had been backed up to building to be used as a makeshift landing pad. "i just happened to be looking at that door and heard what sounded like gunshot boom, big, just big boom happen, i saw smoke pour out." "people were running, i heard screaming, heard police come up and yelling get me a ladder help me get down." residents were told to go to u-w whitewater for shelter for the night. while there-- they will be working to find housing for those displaced by this massive fire. no word from investigators what caused the blaze.
accused of impersonating police officers....in an attempt to get back at a drug dealer. zedric byrd.... justin figgs... and brandon streff.... are all accused of going to his home near 67-th and carmen and telling the residents they were m-p-d officers serving a search warrant. figgs grandmother tells us she recently saw figgs and believed he was on drugs. police say the three targeted the man who lives in this house because he allegedly shorted them on a quarter ounce of cocaine a few months ago. police say they were armed with a handgun and possibly an a-k 47. one of the men wore a baseba written on it and said they were serving a search warrant. cs 'im just hurt. im hurt. i dont understand why he would do something like that.' the alleged drug dealer they were after... is now also in custody... but has not been charged. all three men face charges of 'armed robbery,' 'burglary' and 'impersonating a peace officer.' streff faces an additional count of 'possession of a firearm by a felon.'
charged for operating a firearm while intoxicated. it happened earlier this fall. we're told the officer is 42-year- old "michael anderson." he entered a "not guilty" plea in the case. anderson is out of jail on a 500-dollar cash bond. a dodge county sheriff's sergeant is back on the job -- he shot a beaver dam man in august. now the district attorney's office has ruled his use of force was justified authorities say 53-year-old james quealy holed himself up inside his apartment with a gun. at o and the sergeant says quealy leveled his gun at him. that's when the sergeant fired the fatal shot. investigators consider it suicide by cop. he keeps sending text messages stating he's sorry for what he's about to do ... goodbye. this is very unusual for him. he does have a 32 handgun. after the shooting police recovered the gun and a bottle of alcohol. they also found two suicide notes. one a letter to
police have released a sketch of the man they say sexually assaulted two women in less than 24 hours. see if you recognize him. police say the attacks happened about a half-mile apart. the first was just after 6-am tuesday near 80th and acacia. the second attack happened near 76th and denver a little after 7 pm. if you have any information-- please give police a call. looking for justice. today marks one year since a milwaukee man was shot and killed outside of a friend's home. it happened at 12th an 21-year-old michael prescott was killed by dwayne chaney last year. chaney has been charged, but has not been arrested. family is remembering prescott for his love of basketball and kind heart. they are dedicating a gym in his memory and holding a vigil to honor him. his mother says she has a message for milwaukee. 40:25 we must stop the violence. weve got to love again. weve got to love again.

searching this morning for a gunman who opened fire on a crowd in downtown. five people were shot in the attack. angelica joins us from the newsroom with the latest. we're learning two of the victims are in critical condition. it happened at a busy intersection. police say the suspect got into an argument on the street... he had reportedly turned to walk away but then turned around and opened fire. the suspect ran away and is still on the loose this morning. police don't believe the attack is related to an anti-trump protest that was kim and jessob. back to you. the new york doctor treating the once- conjoined twins separated last month says the boys are doing better than expected. jadon and anias mcdonald were born joined at the top of their heads. the 13-month-old twins underwent a 27-hour surgery last month to be separated. the lead neurosurgeon for their case says that the children are progressing "right on target, if not ahead of schedule." both boys have had their breathing tubes removed since the
