triple-a says this week -- from wednesday to sunday -- will be the busiest thanksgiving travel week in nine years. and even though air fares were projected to increase 21 percent this thanksgiving...more people than years past are choosing to fly. air travel is still expected to go up about one-point-six percent. triple a says they most popular destinations this year are on the west coast === ;as vegas or san travelers using the weekend as a getaway...not necessarily visiting family. if you are one of the three million people flying this holiday weekend...arrive early. the t-s-a says they are prepared for the crowds but you'll still want to get to the airport roughly two hours -- before your flight. there have been a number of technical glitches with airline systems over the last few months...leading to passengers stranded for days and leading to a re-booking nightmare. which is why experts suggest you get to the airport prepared. last night due to a crash. it happened around midnight. officials not saying much at this time. we'll bring you any updates as soon as they come into our newroom. and police investigating a nasty crash near 76th and layton. we're told one of the vehicles fled from a traffic stop in hales corners..and then ran a red light..and hit another vehicle. the suspect's vehicle then started on fire. the driver of the fleeing vehicle...and two people in the other car were injured...but are expected to be ok. police investigating two we're told one of those taking place near 76th and thurston. police say a man was shot while driving -- and suffered a serious injury. he was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive. officials say the victim may not have been the intended target -- and that the shots were fired during a dispute. the other taking place near center and pierce. a 36-year-old man was shot while walking in the area. he is expected to be ok. and police continue to investigate. charges filed against the man -- who police say -- broke into several

police officer. 23-year-old "dabreon jefferson" faces one count of attempted first degree intentional homicide and one count of burglary.prosecutors say an officer confronted him as he tried to break into a home last thursday near 26th and ruby. gunshots were exchanged -- but nobody was actually struck. jefferson was arrested a short time later. in court--- it was revealed prosecutors in both milwaukee and waukesha county have been looking for jefferson for other cases. his bail has been set at 100-thousand dollars. a federal judge says that sme would have qualified for overtime pay beginning december first don't have to get it now. nicole joins us now with the latest. a federal court has blocked implementation of the new overtime rule. president barack obama imposed the law. it would have given overtime to salaried workers who make less than about 47- thousand-500-dollars a year. but 21 states challenged it-- including wisconsin. now the the u.s. district court in the eastern district of texas has

nicole is in the newsroom with the latest. the computer scientists believe they have found evidence that vote totals in the three states could have been manipulated or hacked. they say it's strange that clinton received seven-percent fewer votes in counties that use electronic voting machines. so the sceintists say the machines could have been manipulated or hacked, even though they haven't seen any evidence of that. they still believe the pattern is significant enough to require an independent review. the scientists presented their findings to clinton's top aides last thursday, who have not commen meanwhile - president-elect donald trump is backing away from his pledge to put clinton in jail. chants of "lock her up" became a staple on the campaign trail and mr. trump said he would have his attorney general appoint a prosecutor to investigate clinton's emails and foundation. in an interview with the new york times on tuesday, mr trump said he didn't want to hurt the clintons. the f-b-i decided this summer that clinton's use of a private email server as secretary state was not a

for the fifth time this week - an officer shot in the line of duty. the latest taking place in detroit. wayne state university officer - colin rose - was shot in the head while on patrol investigating car robberies. he was discovered by another cop who responded to the scene. hours after the shooting... detroit police arrested a man -- who was "a officials say rose remains in critical condition after surgery late last night. we're learning more about the driver of a deadly bus crash in chattanooga tennessee. 24-year-old johnthany walker is in custody facing multiple charges according to state records -- this is the second bus crash in two months walker has been part of. in april walker got his bus drivers license. in september he was involved in a minor bus crash. no one was hurt in that incident. walker faces five counts of
