cuban president fidel castro has died at raul castro announcing the news late last night. people in miami's little havana took to the streets in celebration throughout the night... "it means a lot for us cubans. it's a moment that we have waited for for more than 55 years. we're free at last." castro, who led a rebel army to victory in cuba, embraced soviet- style communism and defied the power of 10 us presidents during his half century rule. castro -- who survived a crippling us trade

assassination plots -- died 10 years after ill health forced him to hand power over to his younger brother. news from overnight -- milwaukee police say a suspect is in custody in connection with a fatal shooting. it happened in the area of 16th and ring around 11 o'clock last night. we're told when police got to the scene they found a male victim.. he had been shot. despite lifesaving efforts -- he died. again -- a suspect is in custody. caledonia... a father and his nine year old daughter are killed in a crash.. allegedly caused by a drunk driver. it happened at 4 mile road and old farm road around 4:45 yesterday. investigators say two vehicles were traveling east on 4 mile road. a sedan with a father and two daughters stopped on old farm road and was rear ended by a speeding truck. police say the driver of the truck was intoxicated. first responders rushed to the scene to help... but one daughter and

that sum of variation could be expected to occur once in every 850 presidential elections. thats what raises the question. we need to take a look at this. votes must be recounted statewide by december 13th. election officials are scrambling. we have never had a recount of a presidential vote in wisconsin. it's not stein but democrat hillary clinton who could benefit. in wisconsin, clinton trails president- elect donal over 22,000 votes. marquette law school poll director charles franklin says historically recounts do change tallies, but not results. , they have produced very modest shifts. a few votes there and there rather than large shifts. in 2011, a statewide recount of a supreme court race with roughly 1- point-5 million votes shifted the races about 300 votes. never-the-less franklin says if a group has the

"it's very hard you just never think that could happen. deb svehlek has lived in the tucked away neighborhood of hickory trail for more than 20-years. she now has more questions than answers surrounding the mysterious death of her elderly neighbors a day before thanksgiving. "i think we're still in disbelief i think. we still don't think it happened. it's hard to take in." the investigation into the double shooting started with an odd 911 call the phone did not identify himself but insinuated help was needed. when police arrived the front door to this house was open. a smell of burnt gun powder was in the air. they found a 76-year-old man with a single gunshot wound. he was pronounced dead at the scene. they also found a 71-year-old woman with a single gun shot wound. she lived long enough to be taken to a local hospital where she

conversations from time to time. " a very happy person. i mean she loved her dogs i think her dogs were her life she says she will always remember the 71-year-old's generosity. through to us again. was i wrong." raul says he started seeing ransomware attacks against his clients two or three years ago. since then, he says, its become even more common. "if you are victim of ransomware, you will see a pop-up window on your computer screen. it will say, all your files have been locked and to get them back, youre going to have to pay a ransom. we suggest that you not click on the window, unless you are willing to pay." first, make sure its not just a phony pop-up. close your browser and if it comes back, then you may have an issue. "if you have a recent backup of your data, you probably wont need to pay the the ransom. but if you dont have recent backup, you very well have to pay the ransom in order to get your files back". if you do have a backup, you can transfer your files to a clean computer. or, you may be able to rebuild your system. a computer professional can
