interactive radar. we're learning new details about an audit that has been ordered... looking into the level of medical care being given to inmates at the milwaukee county jail.. and the house of correction in franklin. details come out one day after county supervisor supreme moore omokunde called for sheriff david clarke's resignation.. because of four recent ?inmate deaths. julie collins joins us with more - julie? this audit was called for by the chairman of the milwaukee county board of supervisors. the part-- by the four inmate deaths. in just 6 months - terrill thomas...michael madden and kristina fiebrink...along with a stillborn baby...died inside the milwaukee county jail -- all under different circumstances - however one of them was ruled a homicide. this prompted milwaukee county supervisor supreme moore omokunde on thursday to call for sheriff david clarke's resignation... saying the sheriff "abdicated his responsibility to hold his

released a statement comparing the supervisor's name to a comic book character -- and saying the supervisor is upset that clarke helped donald trump get elected potus. investigators haven't said whether the actions or inaction of jail and medical staff contributed to any of the deaths. but an audit of armor medical services is underway. armor, a miami-based company, has contracted with the county since 2013 to provide medical care at the milwaukee county jail and the house of correction. the director of audits for comptroller confirmed auditors will investigate whether armor is meeting the contract requirements. also this afternoon, we received a copy of an email.. sent ?to the milwaukee county executive from county medical examiner brian peterson back in october. in it, peterson claims sheriff clarke quote-- verbally pummeled him-- end quote ... about the information his office released related to the four inmate deaths. we asked sheriff clarke for his response to the audit.. we were told to refer to his statement from yesterday. the county's safety

meeting on december 15th.. asking the sheriff and the department to answer questions about these recent deaths. meanwhile -- governor scott walker commenting on sheriff clarke today -- saying he could serve well in the president elect-trump administration... clarke met with mister trump in new york last week. governor walker says naming clarke as head of the department of homeland security is quote: "certainly one option" .. he also said he'd be qualified as an adviser on terrorist-related milwaukee police are investigating a reported sexual assault of a female victim... it happened around 5-30 yesterday near clement avenue elementary school. because of this -- milwaukee public schools is sending out information about the incident to parents. it will include information for parents to share with their children. m-p-s has also asked for increased patrols around the school. she's accused of trying to flee from police.. leading to a

passenger. now the teenager is headed to trial fox 6's derica williams tells us a plea to get her bond lowered-- denied. walking into a milwaukee county courtroom, samira coleman-wilks appears to have made some strides in her recovery. shes able to walk a little bit now she is not paralyzed thats a good thing but the impact of her alleged actions will be felt by many for some time to come. she was in court friday for a preliminary hearing.. on four charges including second-degree reckless homicide and second-degree reckless injury. im showing you a document titled preliminary hearing questionnaire and waiver is that your signature,-yes the 18-year-old is accused of fleeing from police during a traffic stop, traveling more than 50 mph over the speed limit and causing a crash that killed 20-year-old shawn oliver and severely injured mario harrell. there was an impact one of the passengers in her own vehicle

significant medical injuries, he may die and believe the family is currently telling me he is brain dead so there is a chance that there could be a second homicide charge she will be looking at... she doesnt have license never had a license the suspect entered a plea of not guilty. despite the defense's request to lower her bond, the court commissioner upheld the $50,000 cash bail recommendation. just keep praying allow the lord to work it out, thats all i can do were present, in their quest to seek justice, but as you can imagine it was emotional for them as they dealt with the proceedings. coleman-wilks was bound over for trial and is due back in court december 15th. milwaukee fire crews responding this afternoon to a construction site.... it happened near first and becher... a viewer sent us this time-lapse video of firefighters responding and containing the flames.

ultimate trust. beverly taylor has this report from the courtroom. "she preyed on my son and used our friendship for access to him." :36 i blame myself for trusting her." :38 but the truth is she is an adult. my son is a child." the victim's father read his wife's statement in court concerning elizabeth dillet-- the woman who sexually assaulted their son-- by engaging in what the family says was a year long relationship. dillet was being sentenced for two counts of sexual assault. my client had some plan to have a relationship with js. :50the prosecutor had a different take: saying dillet became close friends with the victim's mother and describing dillet as manipulative. "the defendant was a volleyball coach and she had the victim, this teenage boy as her assistant coach. so he did go to the practices and the games with her." :13 through her husband-- the victim's mother described how

have recognized that our son believed that he was in a healthy relationship. his opinions regarding relationships has become distorted since this incident."dillet apologized to her family --but started with the victims family, namely the boy's mother. "... i broke your trust and our friendship. i know i crossed the line with your son and your family and it was very inappropriate of me." she visibly shook as the judge rendered his sentence "i am certain that you were well aware of where it was and irresponsible this was. :43 dillett was handcuffed and led out of the court knowing she will spend two years in prison. besides the two years confinement-- dillett will also have to undergo mental and sex offender evaluations-- and any appropriate treatment. once released, she'll be on three years of extended supervision. she is to have no contact with children under the age of 17 ...and comply with the sex offender registry.

prepare for lane closures on monday at the mitchell interchange as repairs get underway. the department of transportation is closing the north and south bound lanes of "eye"-94 from layton avenue to 13-th street. it's part of their first phase of construction to repair damage caused by crashes and to help prevent future ones from happening. the repairs should be completed by wednesday. governor scott walker asking state lawmakers for about 35 million broadband and technology in rural areas. the governor says it's going to take money to make the internet faster in those areas. under current legislation-- the state wants to spend 16-and-a half million dollars on broadband in the next three years. governor walker wants to make that total about 52 million dollars. the christmas tree at the state capitol building lights up for the first time this holiday season. governor walker lit the tree early this morning. the christmas tree on display is from eagle river-- donated by bruce and charlotte
