an hour ago-- a federal judge denied an emergency motion to stop the recount. two conservative political action committees and a wisconsin voter have filed a lawsuit over the constitutionality of the recount. they also requested a temporary restraining order to stop the recount. while that emergency motion has been denied-- the judge did schedule a hearing for next friday. the chairman of the milwaukee county board of supervisors confirms an audit will ?examine the company contracted to administer county jail and the house of ?correction. supervisor theo lipscomb says the audit was prompted in part by four recent ?deaths inside the jail. in the past six months-- three people have died-- along with a stillborn baby. investigators have not said if jail and medical staff contributed to their deaths-- although one death has been ruled a homicide. a milwaukee woman accused in a fatal crash last month pleads not guilty. prosecutors say 18-year-old samira coleman-wilks was behind

about two hours ago, judge james petersen said no. he will not stop the recount, not yet. the groups can ask for an injunction next week and the judge will take arguments, but for now the count is on. earlier today pro trump groups filed suit to stop the recount immediately, an emergency effort that was denied. today three documents were filed in federal court by a group stop hillary pac.. one did for a temporary restraining order to stop the recount until bigger issues are decided. the bigger issues: the lawsuit says the recount is unconstitutional. the recount has been going on since thursday after green party candidate jill stein paid 3 point five million dollars to force the recount of wisconsin's three million presidential votes. president elect donald trump won that election by 22-thousand votes in wisconsin. president-elect trump and
