death. police say the victims had been shot multiple times. police also found two kids in the room. a teenager...and an 11 year old were hiding in the bedroom. police tell us they were not harmed...and are not considered suspects. police also say this is not a murder suicide investigation. police tell us the victims were both in their 30s. they have not released their names. reporting live in milwaukee dc fox6 news. new this morning a man is dead after a shooting ends in a crash. milwaukee police say the victim hit a couple of signs and power pole before slamming into a house near 36th and thurston. this happened around 9-30 last night. people in the area who heard the crash...came out to try and help

shot but there is no word where the shooting took place. the victim was from out of town. police are investigating. also new this morning --- police are searching for a suspect involved in an armed robbery at the wing stop restaurant near 76th and good hope. it happened around 8:30 last night. police say the suspect is believed to be an african-american man... roughly 5-feet-3 inches tall. he was wearing a green vampire mask, grey sweatshirt, grey pants, and gloves. police say the suspect showed a gun during the robbery... and stole moe safe. no one was injured. two middle school students in burlington are accused of making a kill list. according to a criminal complaint, 15-year-old jasminne piechocki and her boyfriend, 14-year- old darryl roeschen were talking on facebook. piechocki was naming people she wanted killed.her mother read the conversation and told school officials. the complaint states the students admitted to having the conversation, with piechocki saying she has a dark mind. roeschen told administrators he

never intended to kill anyone.the teens are being charged as adults and are currently being held in the racine county juvenile detention center. and in wauwatosa -- one person is in custody after being accused of threatening the police department. investigators say it's just one of five threats of violence made since monday. that's when it was announced that no charges will be filed against the officer who shot and killed jay anderson. wauwatosa police say they're keeping all their officers in the loop while the investigation continues. the district attorney's office will review the threat arrest in the coming days. here in wisconsin. more than 400 missing ballots turn up in greenfield. so far -- the greenfield city clerk doesn't want to say much about it. angelica joins us now with more. this morning, the milwaukee county election commission will have to decide whether to accept the clerk's explanation. here's what happened. greenfields ballot totals weren't matching up with election night numbers. so the clerk called back to her office and told workers to look for misplaced ballots. they found 412 of them in the office. the head of the election commission wasnt happy, and wants the clerk to

the election commission will decide whether to accept the ballots today. and in michigan -- the recount there is over. a judge lifted an order that forced a statewide review of millions of ballots. the ruling found that green party candidate jill stein had no legal standing to request another look at ballots. the court said stein -- who finished fourth in michigan -- did not have a chance of winning even after a recount. stein is now appealing to the michigan supreme court. you can track the latest developments on recount onli just click on the politics tab. bmo harris-- announcing plans for a new office tower to replace its parking structure. the formal announcement will be today-- but our partners at the milwaukee business journal released these renderings last night. the bank tower would face water street across from city hall. new parking structures would be built to the east facing north broadway.

following breaking news ---- a double homicide investigation taking place at a home on milwaukee's northwest side. police say a man and a woman were found shot multiple times in their bed. it happened near appleton and florist.... that's w corinthios joins us live with an update. milwaukee police tell us the two victims were in their mid to late 30s. when they discovered the victims...they also found two kids in the room. they were unharmed. milwaukee police say they responded to the home near appleton and florist after neighbors reported hearing gunshots and screams. when officers arrived they found a man and a woman in bed, they

the two kids were hiding in the room. one is a teenager the other is 11 years old. they are not suspects. police tell us this is not a murder suicide investigation. reporting live in milwaukee deandra corinthios fox6 news. new this morning ---milwaukee police are also investigating another homicide. police say a man was shot last night around 9-30 and then crashed into a home. officials hit a couple of signs and power pole before hitting a house near 36th and thurston. people in the area who heard the crash...came out to try and help the man. emergency crews attempted life-saving measures but the man died. crews then found a bullet wound...but have not said where they think that initial shooting took place. the man was from out of town. one of the men who pleaded guilty for the fatal shooting of 5-year-old laylah petersen is in court right now.

instead shot at the wrong house in 2014. carl barrett jr. was sentenced one week ago. he will spend 65 years in prison. paul farr also pleaded guilty for his role. gordon's sentencing hearing is got underway at 8-15 this morning. a former new berlin west teacher is sentenced for having sex with a student. 29-year-old sara domres pleaded guilty to two felony counts of sexual assault of a student by school staff back in august. she will spend the next two years in prison -- and will she is out. prosecutors say she sexually assaulted a 16-year-old student she had in her english class. hundreds of incriminating text messages were found on her phone. domres must register with the wisconsin sex offender registry. she can no longer teach - and cannot have unsupervised contact with underage boys. new berlin school officials fired domres after finishing their own investigation. now to a fox 6 exclusive. the community-- coming together to remember 7-year-old trevion winningham. investigators say

died at the hospital last week. etter hughes and mary martinez were watching the boy and his 9-year old brother... and they are now facing child neglect charges. in 2003, hughes was convicted of child neglect and sentenced to 18 months in prison after one year old bryan alston died in her care. that childs grandmother, april alston, says winningham's death could have been prevented... had hughes been behind bars longer. aa 'he was just thrown around like a beanbag.' aa 'our court system period is fail opinion.' hughes is due back in court next week. one of milwaukee's newest breweries is apologizing after a name of a proposed beer sparks outrage. the beer--- "date grape" was submitted for an online competition... and made it on the company's website. our ben handelman has more on how the brewery says this happened. at mobcraft beer in walker's

together... joining us this morning is angela horkan from the wisconsin beef council with the new recipes. main ingredients: 1 beef ribeye roast, small end, 4 to 6 pounds espresso rub: 1 tablespoon ground espresso coffee beans 1 tablespoon packed r salt 1 teaspoon coarse grind black pepper balsamic vinegar sauce: 1 cup balsamic vinegar 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour 1 cup ready-to-serve beef broth 1/4 teaspoon coarse grind black pepper main ingredients: 1 beef ribeye roast, small end, 4 to 6 pounds espresso rub: 1 tablespoon ground espresso coffee beans 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon coarse grind black pepper

1/4 cup butter, at room temperature 4 teaspoons all-purpose flour 1 cup ready-to-serve beef broth 1/4 teaspoon coarse grind black pepper directions: heat oven to 350 degrees f. combine rub ingredients; press evenly onto beef roast. place roast, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting pan. insert ovenproof meat thermometer so tip is centered in thickest part of beef, not resting in fat. do not add water or cover. roast in 350 degree f oven for 1 3/4 to 2 hours for medium rare; 2 to 2 1/2 hours for mediu remove roast when meat thermometer registers 135 degrees f for medium rare; 150 degrees f for medium. transfer roast to carving board; tent loosely with aluminum foil. let stand 15 to 20 minutes. temperature will continue to rise about 10 degrees to reach 145 for medium rare; 160 for medium. skim fat from drippings; reserve drippings.meanwhile bring vinegar to a boil in small nonreactive saucepan; cook over medium heat 20 minutes or until reduced to 1/4 cup. mix butter and flour in small bowl until smooth. add broth, reserved drippings and pepper to pan. gradually whisk in butter
