with serious injuries. no word yet on what led up to the shooting... or if anyone is in custody. meanwhile in oconomowoc... a car crashed into a garage at a home near wisconsin and sawyer road.. you can see the scorched car being towed away. were told flight for life responded. officials have not released much information. but we'll you bring you the latest as we get it-- and update you on our website fox now dot com. the recount in wisconsin is nearly complete...so far more than 80 percent of votes statewide have been re-counted. effort in the final days deandra corinthios is live in milwaukee to explain a hearing is scheduled today madison...in federal court ...on a lawsuit filed by a supporter of president elect donald trump and two pro-trump super pac's meanwhile --here in milwaukee county...all the votes have been counted. workers cheered as the final ballots went through the

of the votes have been recounted. so far the discrepancies between recount and election night results have been minor. tabulators spent the day counting all 29- thousand of west allis ballots... the final municipality in milwaukee county to complete its recount. the only hiccup throughout the whole process came wednesday when the city of greenfield discovered about 400 ballots in an office in city hall. the greenfield city clerk says poll workers didn't properly package them. but it has all be resolved. now workers are looking ahead at monday. recount votes we have to submit them to the wisconsin elections commission along with our minutes from the board of election commissioners and we have to do that by 8 pm on monday and we will certainly meet that deadline green party candidate jill stein requested the recount and is paying for it. next up: the county must submit its results to the wisconsin

john glenn... the first american to orbit the earth... has died at the age of 95. glenn reached great heights in 1962 with the launch of friendship 7 ... and then made history once again when he became the oldest man to ever travel in space... serving as a crew member aboard the discovery back in 1988. he's being remembered as an icon... not only an accomplished astronaut, but also as a success look at his legacy. after becoming the first american to orbit the earth... he spent 24 years in the u-s senate... serving as a democrat from ohio. he even briefly made a run for president in 1984. at the u-s capitol... the american flag was lowered to half staff yesterday... as senator bill nelson... another former astronaut... announced glenn's passing... with a touching tribute to glenn's work. pointing fingers... as questions rise over whether the deadly warehouse fire could have been prevented. angelica's following that story and more of the latest headlines. the fire chief says the ghost ship warehouse may have fallen off the agency's radar... thanks to years of budget cuts and hiring freezes. 36 people died in that fire last week. right now... department officials are still trying to figure out if and when ghost ship had ever been inspected by the fire department. they say they're not sure if the structure was even in the agency's database. investigators think the r warehouse...blocking the two staircases which led to the second floor ... where a dance party was being held. the man accused of shooting two georgia police officers is dead... as both officers die from their injuries. on wednesday -- americus police officer nick smarr responded to a report of domestic violence. southwestern state university officer jody smith -- heard the call -- and decided to help. police say minquell lembrick opened
