now open after a crash. the greenfield fire department tweeted that it involved a plow truck and a vehicle...and that one person was taken to the hospital. no word on that person's condition....or what caused the crash. crews have been working non stop to clean up the snow...and because more than four inches fell in milwaukee...special parking rules are in to avoid getting ticketed and towed...you need to know which side of the street you can park on... deandra corinthios is live on the east side to explain the rules are different on every street. for some...you need to know which side you can park on. others...you can't park on at all. dpw officials say this is all to make

weather moves in later this week the best way to find out where you can park is to read the posted signs carefully the four inch rule means no parking is allowed on the side of the street where the sign is posted until the snow has been removed --day or night--any time of the year. you should also familiarize yourself with the 48 hour exception streets on those streets...sunday night through 6 am today...cars need street. and tonight...through tuesday morning those cars need to move to the even side of the street. more than 300 dpw trucks are part of this snow removal operation--and they 're still working hard today. breaking news out of georgia now. where two police officers have been shot in crawford county... that's just outside of macon. they were serving a search warrant when it happened. investigators say the officers entered the home... and the

fire. we don't know the conditions of the officers or the suspect. we'll update this story as we learn more. michigan officials are investigating what started a suspicious fire at mountain resort over the weekend. a jury has found the man accused of killing a former new orleans saints player -- guilty of multiple charges. kim is in the newsroom with more. yesterday - jurors deliberated for more than five hours -- ultimately finding cardell hayes guilty of manslaughter. last april, hayes sh times in the back, killing him after a traffic dispute in downtown new orleans. smith's wife was also shot... but she "survived." hayes insisted he only fired the shots because smith was drunk and violent...and had grabbed a gun. he faces a possible sentence of up to 40 years in prison. and in michigan -- officials investigating a suspicious fire that injured 12 people. the fire tore through the main lodge at the boyne highlands

turkey after two large and deadly explosions shook istanbul on saturday. a car bomb exploded outside a soccer stadium...and went off as the match had just ended. then -- a suicide bomber detonated another explosive nearby minutes later. officials say at least 38 people were killed -- most of them police officers -- and 155 others were wounded. a kurdish militant group has claimed responsibility. it says the turkish people weren't the target... only police. turkey's secretary of defense ash carter and top u-s commanders make a big announcement in iraq in the fight against isis. they say that iraqi and u-s-led coalition forces have killed or gravely wounded more than 2-thousand islamic state fighters in the battle for mosul since october. iraqi security forces have been slowed in their nearly two-month-old offensive against the islamic state group--which has occupied mosul for more than two years. some nasty weather in detroit

officials say this delta plane was landing on a slick, snow-covered runway sunday....when it skidded off the tarmac, coming to a rest on the grass. the flight was arriving from buffalo. passengers were able to exit the aircraft from the tail section. no one was hurt. the incident did lead to some minor delays at the airport though. in nevada -- rescuers believe they have found the body of a missing skier. the man in his sixties got caught in an avalanche at the mount rose ski resort saturday. he and another jackpot chute at mount rose -- which was closed. the other man made it out of the avalanche safely. crews used electronic detection and help from search dogs...but in the end a probe line made contact with the body -- under 8 to 10 feet of snow. chief meteorologist rob haswell

ikea is giving a whole new meaning to the term retail therapy. the swedish company is naming some of its products after frequently googled relationship problems! it's part of their new campaign strategy. ikea paired the questions with a furniture item that could help fix the problem. for example, if you googled what should i do if my partner snores ... ikea will

or what to do when children leave home? ... ikea will suggest a champagne flutes.. ikea product names are traditionally scandinavian, which can often make them quite tricky to pronounce. a couple of grinches couldn't stop this year's santa-con in new york city. the annual bar crawl featuring - you guessed it - people dressed as santas is not loved by many in the city. fliers were put up throughout manhattan and brooklyn by a group claiming the festival was event permanently -- due to claims of public intoxication and rowdiness. however -- thousands still came out in their santa suits to celebrate. organizers of the festive get together say santacon is a fun take on holiday traditions of festive dress and good cheer. whether you love it or hate it...the snow can be pretty fun... just check out this pup having a ball in the new fresh powder. milwaukee police shared these photos on twitter.

playing in the snow. nando was just sworn in to the milwaukee police department this summer. and check out these festive pets! the pet noel party taking place in lima, peru. the celebrations feature animals dressed in funny costumes -- many getting in the holiday spirit. and it wasn't just dogs and cats....some bunnies and turtles taking part as well. people got pretty creative with their costumes. one person even dressing their dog up like a reindeer and pulling a mini sleigh...as well as a holiday tu holiday pet advice handed out too. keep your four legged friends away from egg-nog, chocolate and probably the fruit cake. it could make them sick. all anchors chat/toss to 6am
