southbound. three people in the other car were injured...and are expected to be ok. it's unclear what caused the crash. all lanes have since reopened. a teenage girl is shot to death inside her mothers home. family members want justice...and police are searching for suspects deandra corinthios is live near the scene at 35th and silver spring. relatives say the victim was in her mom's kitchen when she was shot. police it is unclear if johnson was the intended target. m melanie johnson liked to read and enjoyed being a babysitter. they gathered outside johnson's mother's home near 35th and silver spring monday night...and are devastated when police give them the news. police say around 6 pm...police say the shooter fired into the building from outside. a bullet struck johnson...killing her. johnson's sister says she's devastated. she says she doesn't know why this happened...and wants to know who pulled the trigger. and says she's tired of violence in the neighborhood. put the guns down. put the guns down. its too many kids losing their lives behind nonsense

yesterday afternoon at the location near 35th and capitol. we're told the suspect showed a gun and got away with cash. and sadly-- that isn't the only mail- related crime to report. someone stole a truck's worth of mail... and in another case-- an entire amazon delivery truck disappeared! saturday, milwaukee police say a witness saw someone steal items from a postal vehicle near griffen and euclid. the suspect took off and the mailman came back to an empty truck. and on friday -- police say that an amazon delivery driver was robbed of her kes amazon delivery van and took off...getting away with 75 packages. "52:43 anybody whos so emboldened to go into a vehicle like that, i dont know what they would stop at 52:50" milwaukee police say the amazon delivery truck was recovered. but they are still searching for the suspects. three crimes committed in just 30 minutes. and police need your help finding those responsible. police say they started their spree at the walgreens near

secretary of state hillary clinton. but then - earlier this month -- the c-i-a announced to a group of top u-s senators its latest finding: that russia's hacks were aimed at helping the president-elect. there is also evidence that entities connected to the russian government were bankrolling "troll farms" that spread fake news about clinton. the president-elect continues to say that russia did not interfere in the election. but his transition team says that mr trump would not interfere in any congressional investigations into what hap house speaker paul ryan says he also supports a congressional investigation. ryan said in a statement, 'any intervention by russia is especially problematic because, under president putin, russia has been an aggressor that consistently undermines american interests.' and clinton's campaign supports the efforts by members of the electoral college to request an intelligence briefing on foreign interference in the presidential election ahead of the december 19th vote. her campaign is also calling on the obama administration to

angeles. the so-called vermont corridor task force began investigating in 2015....after an increase in gang violence in the four-square-mile area along vermont avenue that stretches from hollywood boulevard to 120th street. the crimes included nine murders, as well as attempted murders and sexual assaults. authorities say of the 38 detained... 29 have been prosecuted so far. ohio police make an arrest in an arson fire that killed a firefighter last year. the homeowner -- 66-year-old le aggravated arson and murder. hamilton firefighter patrick wolterman crashed through the floor soon after entering the smoke-filled house and was killed. earlier this year -- state investigators announced that wolterman's death was ruled a homicide. officials say there could be more arrests...but have declined to discuss a motive. a few good reminders not to drink and drive. police in several states share dashcam video of what can happen. let's start with a wrong way

dashcam catches the scene...including the trooper's quick action to disable the vehicle by clipping it's tail. the driver was arrested for driving under the influence. and in el paso, texas - a police officer lucky to be alive after getting hit by a drunk driver. the officer was actually conducting a field sobriety test when the crash happened. he was able to push the man out of the before being hit. the officer only suffered minor injuries. the driver of that car had bloodshot eyes..and smelled of alcohol. she claims she was hit and lost control. both she and t who taking the sobriety test at the time of the crash both arrested for driving while intoxicated. and an update on a crash we told you about on wakeup yesterday morning. milwaukee county sheriffs deputies now say it was a wrong way driver that struck a county plow truck on 8-94 yesterday morning. the 51-year-old female driver from west allis taken to froedtert for treatment - she's ok. the plow truck driver was not

a secret santa made a very generous gift to some walmart shoppers. the walmart in pennsylvania, with a check for 46-thousand dollars - to pay off the layaway accounts for 194 people. the store manager then made the call to tell all of the shoppers that their gifts were paid for in full! many of the shoppers want to thank the mystery santa...but so far no one has come forward. christmas came early for a long island boy thanks to some very generous employees at best buy. the workers at the store in valley stream decided to chip in to buy
