>> reporter: who other than justin bieber gets this kind of welcome? he is a pint sized celebrity training. just 10 years olds, c.j. has motivated the 4r50 kids in elementary school to get on his feet. this is how he trained them. >> now up jump, and then repeat. >> it's hard. >> it is. >> c.j. senter is the workout kid whose videos plan to help get them in shape like him. that is an eight pack. there are few adults who want him to have an six pack. he puts me to shame. how many do we have to do? >> when you get tired. >> i'm tired now.
c.j. parties said his self-discipline extends to his diet. do you eat candy? >> i do, but not a lot. >> a little, not a lot. what about junk food? >> no, i like eating fruits and vegetables. >> he is not the only kid fix yated on getting lean and mean. why there is a worry about obesity in kids there is a worry about kids training like olympic athletes. >> i have seen it doubles injuries to young kids ages 8 or 9 with overusage. >> doctor gotlin says a lot of it is hours of practice in sports. but maybe because all of their heroes now look like c.j. >> i do it once a day. >> once a day? the whole video? dha is amazing. >> the last few weeks, i lost
about ten pounds. >> ten pounds? >> yeah. >> were you heavier? >> yeah. >> that may be wishful thinking. but we find kids that are body conscious. >> what was it like meeting c.j.? >> i like his muscles. >> do you have muscles like c.j.? >> nice. >> every doctor agrees that what he is doing is better than playing video games four hours a day. but they disagree if peewee competitors can overdo it. how much is too much? >> the guidelines, if they work out, up to an hour a day. and that is mixing water breaks every 15 or 20 minutes. >> for extreme miniathletes,
physical fitness can become harm. this kid was known in the '90s because of his physique. the claim was his parents put him on an exercise program and exploited him. they denied the charges. >> hopefully c.j. doing it for the right reasons. >> some people think that he is too dwroung be that ripped or have six pack abs. >> i would say that is not something that he set out to do on purpose. it's exercising and normal play as a child, he developed physique. >> you are not forcing him to do push-ups in. >> not at all. >> he did with calisthenics, no weight lifting. c.j.'s parents claim they

able. it was my decision to put them in combat. >> reporter: you pew research center says that one in three veterans that served in iraq and afghanistan believe this war was not worth fighting. >> well, i hope history proves them wrong. the only way to reach peace is for societies to emerge. and history takes takes awhile to unfold. >> did any of the veterans tell you that? >> no, i haven't had one veteran tell me that. >> reporter: the numbers are astounding. 36,000 injured, and many suffering from post traumatic stress disorder. >> did you ever suspect this? >> i never thought. but there are great stories. >> reporter: you never thought ten years of war? >> i knew it was going to be ten
