this morning, an urgent search for the killer believed to have strangled 35-year-old american ashley olsen. olsen who had done model was found on saturday in the stud yo apartment on the couch in florence's historic sent person bruises and scratches on her neck. >> i can't imagine a person who would hurt her. she's a gentle kind, beautiful friendly lovely girl. it's an awful shock. >> reporter: a few days before her murder olsen reportedly had a fight with her italian artist boyfriend. after not hearing from her, he told police he asked the landlord to let him in. and diskofered the body. he and several of olsen's friends have been questioned. but no arrests have been made. investigators seized olsen's phone and computer and are looking to see whether a skut camera outside her apartment can offer clues. >> the key is the circumstances and events around her life at the time she died. >> reporter: the bubbly. physical nate i have arrived in florence in 2012 to join her
